    摘要:

    我国采取以生产总值增长为目的的激励机制是影响制造业开放式自主创新的一个重要因素。选取《中国统计年鉴》和中国经济信息网(中经专网)统计数据库2007-2018年的数据,对我国制造业开放式科技创新与各相关指标进行灰色关联分析。研究表明:地区经济增长是影响制造业开放式科技创新效率的主要因素,城镇化率提高也对促进制造业开放式科技创新有着重要影响,人口数量增加、价格变动、产业结构调整及技术进步等都对制造业开放式科技创新效率的提升具有正相关影响。最后提出进一步扩大制造业科技创新开放度、提高资源配置效率和开放创新效率,加大自主研发力度并加强消化吸收外部技术、提高新技术利用率等相关建议,以促进我国制造业企业提升科技创新效率。

    Abstract:

    China's adoption of incentive mechanism aimed at GDP growth is an important factor affecting the open independent innovation of manufacturing industry. This paper mainly selects the data in China Statistical Yearbook and China economic information network (CEINET) statistical database from 2007 to 2018 to carry out the grey correlation analysis on the open innovation mode of science and technology in the manufacturing industry of China and various relevant indicators. The research shows that the regional economic growth is the main factor affecting the open innovation rate of manufacturing industry, and the improvement of urbanization rate also has an important impact on promoting open innovation of science and technology in the manufacturing industry, and the increase of population, price change, industrial structure adjustment and technological progress all have a positive correlation impact on the improvement of the open innovation efficiency of science and technology in manufacturing industry. Finally, some suggestions are put forward as to further expand the openness of scientific and technological innovation in manufacturing industry, to improve the efficiency of resource allocation and open innovation, increase the strength of independent research and development, strengthen digestion and absorption of external technology, and improve the utilization rate of new technology, so as to promote the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation in manufacturing enterprises in China.
