| With the implement of a series of stru cture adjustment measures and the effect of evolution law by itself,the overall industry structure has c hanged and improved in Hebei province since the Seventh Five Year Plan period.However there are still problems and room for improvement.The article di scusses these problems,and makes a general analysis and evaluation based on sufficient and detailed data. |
