Fair and reasonable interests distribution is the foundation ofSuniversity-industryScooperative innovation,guaranteeing to achieve the goal.This paper takes intermediary agencies as one of the main member of the income distribution,makes the benefits of different periods comparable through importing time factor.Use multi-dimensional Nash negotiation model to distribute profit based on considering factors such as investment, risk, contribution, overflow effect and on the basis of the satisfaction degree of alliance members,and give an example to verify the feasibility and rationality of this method.
