| 摘 要： | 当前高校史学人才培养的重心在应用型人才，方志学是历史学科中较为典型的应用型本科专业，目前已在国内个别高校开展。通过方志学专业在高校的探索与实践，探讨高校史学应用型人才培养路径，指出依托历史学专业实行人才分流培养和开展校地合作是培养高素质史学应用型人才的重要途径。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, historiography in university focuses on application-oriented talents, in which local records is a typical application-oriented specialty in the history discipline, and developed well in some domestic universities. This thesis discusses the cultivation path of application-oriented talents in history by the exploration and practice of local records, arguing that specialty-oriented cultivation and university-city cooperation are an important way to train applied talents in history |
