| 摘 要： | 地市高校为地方经济社会服务具有政府支持、地理住置优越、人缘关系好和智力资源丰富等方面的有利条件,也存在着服务能力低、思想认识不到位、战略规划欠合理等方面的不利因素,因而要转变观念,重新定位,进一步加强与地方政府、企事业单位的沟通和联系,以地方经济社会发展需要为导向,开展重点学科建设、人才培养、科学研究和产学研结合等工作,大力提高科技创新能力和为地方经济社会发展服务的能力.
