| 摘 要： | 研究建立了一种利用稻瘟病病圃对覆盖水稻整个染色体组的单片段代换系群体进行稻瘟病抗性鉴定的方法，采用这种方法初步鉴定出197个与受体亲本华粳籼74有明显抗性差异的单片段代换系，这些鉴定出来的单片段代换系可用于水稻稻瘟病的抗性育种和抗性基因的研究

| Abstract: | The research built up a kind of method which made use of the blast nurseries to test the resistance of SSSLs which the substi- tuted segment coverd the whole rice genome.Fist step,197 SSSLS had the obvious resistent differrence with Huajingxian,74 were chosen.This SSSL will be used for the rice breeding and the research of blast resistent gene. |
