| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法对少年儿童羽毛球运动员的兴趣培养现状进行调查分析。发现少年儿童羽毛球运动员兴趣培养情况不容乐观：少年儿童羽毛球运动员当初的兴趣动机受家长影响大，家长对运动成果的关注多于孩子的开心程度，忽视了少儿的情绪感受；教练员对基本技术的重视要优于对兴趣培养的重视，对兴趣激发方法的使用仍显传统，忽视对游戏和竞赛法的应用；在兴趣培养的实践方面较欠缺；大部分教练员的课堂氛围不佳，易于忽视学生的情感体验。

| Abstract: | By the methods of literature study and questionnaire, the paper analyzes the status of the interest cultivation of the junior badminton players. It is discovered that the situation is unsatisfactory. The original interest of the junior players were influenced by their parents. The attention of the parents to the sport achievements is more than the happiness of the children. Emotion of the children was neglected. And the coaches place more emphasis on basic technique rather than the cultivation of the interest. They sill use the traditional ways to arouse the interest of the children, but games and competitions are usually neglected. The practice of interest cultivation is insufficient. The classroom environment of most of the coaches, who often neglect students'' feelings, needs improvement. |
