| 摘 要： | 本文通过查阅大量相关文献资料和相关数据,对三级跳远中助跑技术进行了研究。大量科学和运动实践表明助跑速度对三级跳远成绩起着决定性的作用,通过研究,希望对我国三级跳远项目的助跑技术有较深刻的认识,并对三级跳远以后的发展起到积极的促进作用。

| Abstract: | This paper consults a large number of relevant documents and materials and relevant data, has carried on research to the run - up technology in triple jump . A large number of practices indicate that the speed of run - up plays a decisive role to triple jump achievement. Through studying, we have a deep understanding of the run - up technology of the project of triple jump of our country and hope that it will play a positive role to the development of triple jump in the future. |
