| 摘 要： | 休闲体育自觉是人们对体育成为休闲生活方式现象的认识升华，它来源于休闲体育现象的普遍化，根源在于社会经济、文化的发展及随之而来的城镇居民休闲需求的意识增强，它有利于体育事业的健康、可持续发展。

| Abstract: | To participate in the leisure sports willingly shows that sports have become the part of people's leisure life.Coming from the popularization of the leisure sports,based on the development of the social(economy) and culture and the subsequent raising consciousness of the city dwellers' leisure sports demands,the voluntary participation in the leisure sports will promote the healthy and sustainable development of the sports industry. |
