| 摘 要： | 公共管理类大学生校外实践教育基地改革是公共管理教育教学改革的重要内容。采用文献法、电话调查法及归纳法等方法，梳理了公共管理类校外实践教育基地的现状和存在的问题、阐述了公共管理类大学生实践教育基地建设的理论依据、探讨了公共管理类大学生实践教育基地的管理模式和运行机制等问题，目的是推动公共管理类校外实践教育基地走向科学化管理、使校外实践教育基地在公共管理类高素质人才培养过程中发挥更大的作用。
