| 摘 要： | 发端于美国的金融风暴,很快席卷全球.在这场危机中受到冲击最大的当属于中小制造企业,特别是那些比较单纯的生产加工企业.文章从企业运营管理的角度出发,提出中小制造企业应对危机的策略建议,期望能够对中小制造企业在危机中生存乃至于发展提供帮助.

| Abstract: | The current financial turmoil originated from the United States,quickly swept the world.In this crisis small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is impacted greatly,especially those relatively simple production and processing enterprises.From the perspective of enterprise operation management,this article puts forward some strategic suggestions to help the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in their survival and development. |
