中法战争与广西社会经济

广西和中原汉族地区比较,开发较晚,社会经济甚为落后。十九世纪以后,广西和全国各地一样,土地兼并严重,危机四伏,已进入封建社会末期。在两次鸦片战争中,广西受到一定冲击,但封建自给自足的自然经济并未解体。经过中法斗争,广西原有的经济格局被打破了,发生了一系列较大的变化。这是因为: 首先,外国侵略者强迫清政府签订了许多不平等条约,获得了大量侵略广西的特权。中法战争中,腐朽无能的清政府一意推行投降卖国的反动方针,最后居然在中越军民打胜仗的情况下,于1885年6月与法国签订丧权辱国的《中法新约》。条约规定:清政府承认越南是法国的保护国;在中越边境指定两处通商,法国得在此设立领事馆;法国所运货物进出云南、广西边界应纳各税.     

中法越南交涉中的文化摩擦——以罗淑亚照会与李宝谈判为视角

中法文化摩擦贯穿于中法战争的始终,其主要体现为宗藩权与保护权之争,它成为中法越南问题交涉的核心之争.中法战争爆发前,中法两国就越南问题进行了反复交涉,中国极力维护宗藩制度下的宗主权,法国始终强调条约制度下的保护权.随着文化摩擦的进一步加剧,和平交涉最终破裂,爆发了战争.     

中法战争与云南

在中国近代史上,英法两国除联合侵华的第二次鸦片战争外,还单独地发动对华武装进攻,强迫中国开放前门和后门,为外国势力源源不断地侵入中国开辟通道。1840——1842年的第一次鸦片战争后,英国逼迫清政府开放沿海口岸,中国的前门由此洞开,独立封建的中国开始沦为半殖民地。1883——1885年的中法战争后,清政府又被迫开放云南、广西,敞开了中国的后门,法英相继取得中越、中缅边界陆路通商减税等一系列特权,加深了中国的半殖民地化。法国打开中国西南的后门,云南首当其冲,在此后半个世纪里,给云南带来深重的灾难。     

《中法新约》第二款有关中越宗藩关系内容的形成过程研究

《中法新约》第二款的内容从近代国际法意义上宣告了中越宗藩关系的终结。事实上,该款内容是中法交涉的重点并贯穿于中法交涉的始终。从1874年法越《和平同盟条约》所引起的中法首次交涉起,越南的藩属国地位即受到来自法国的威胁;1884年《中法简明条款》第四款事实上成为《中法新约》第二款的草案;此后中法之间经过对具体条文文字的反复的秘密交涉,《中法新约》第二款终于尘埃落定。这段历史为从近代国际法视角来解读中越宗藩关系的终结提供了充分的史实依据。     

赫德与中法越南交涉

在中法越南交涉发生后,赫德对于中法战争的结束和合约的缔结发挥了重要的作用.其努力的动机是其个人的权力欲,这是第一位的.赫德担心中法战争不论任何一方胜利,势必会影响到英国在中国的势力,进而会影响到自己在海关的位置,他并无一以贯之的为中国谋利益的指导思想,只是不断迎合最高权力掌握者的旨意,而为了把和议的权力把握到自己手中甚至变换主张.清廷内部存在复杂矛盾,为赫德参与中法谈判提供了客观需要和条件.赫德控制下的清朝海关为赫德参与中法谈判提供了有力的平台.     

战前中法越南交涉与曾纪泽的政策效应

1883年初法国撕毁《李宝协议》，扩大对越侵略，使中法越南交涉转入新阶段。面临危机，驻法公使曾纪泽积极主张“备战通商”，加强中越协作，以有效地阻遏法国侵略势头，表现了新的策略思想，却遭到主张妥协避战的李鸿章的反对，致使清政府游移于两种政策之间，失去先机，付出了昂贵的政治代价。

中法战争期间,盛宣怀身居轮船招商局督办、中国电报局总办、署津海关道和淮军营务处等要职.控制了交通运输、电报通讯、外事交涉、军队给养等"北洋枢要"的关键部门,是李鸿章的一个得力助手.光绪九年(1883年)中法战争爆发,在清廷"不可衅自我开"的投降思想指导下,云南布政使"弃军而逃".广西布政使徐延旭"军无纪律.遂至不战而溃".清军一败涂地.国内民怨蜂起,舆论哗然.清廷为了挽回声名狼藉的尴尬局面.下令把唐炯和徐延旭撤职查办,并于光绪十年三月十三     

薛福成与中法越南交涉

中法战争前,面对法国侵略越南危及中国西南边疆,清政府与法国进行长期的交涉。在中法越南交涉问题上清朝官员主和与主战的分歧很大,这实际上影响了最高层次的决策。薛福成就此问题提出了一系列的看法：主张援越抗法,反对驻越清军仓促撤回;依靠刘永福作为一支抗法力量;采取“以和为体,以作可战之势为用”的斗争策略。

Inequalities for inscribed simplexes

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Another inequality is derived to present the relationship betweenthe circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex and the circumradius and inradius of its pedal simplex.

Virtual reality approach for 3D large model browsing on web site

Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator＇s Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language （VRML） is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size. This is done by keeping polygon counts to a minimum and by applying such techniques as object culling and level-ofdetail switching.
