新建地方本科院校高品位校园文化建设探析

高品位的校园文化具有时代性、独特性、开放性和创新性等特征。由于地方本科院校建校历史短、办学实力弱等原因,还存在校园文化层次不高、特色不突出以及校园文化发展相对封闭等不足,使得反映其学校风貌的高品位的校园文化还未形成。为此,新建地方本科院校要提升大学校园文化的层次、品位和境界,就应树立具有时代特点和地方特色的办学理念,坚持以中国先进文化统领校园文化的建设方向,确立校园文化发展的特色战略,营造校园文化的学术氛围,以全方位建设高品位的校园文化。     

加强生态文化建设 打造美丽大学校园

目前，广西正大力开展“美丽广西·清洁乡村”活动，对于广西高校而言，要实现“美丽广西”的美好家园之梦，助推“清洁乡村”活动，就必须建设好高校生态环境。高校应以生态义明理念为指导，以建设“绿色校同、和谐校园、美丽校囝”为目标，加强生态义化建设，让绿色价值观深入人心，以切实提升校同文化建设内涵，实现高等教育内涵式发展。为此，高校应积极整合校内校外资源，从观念、校园环境、教学、管理、行为等方面加强生态文化建设，打造美丽大学校园。
