我国大学创业教育评价和创业教育模式研究

基于国内外创业教育理论研究,本文从创业课程、创业竞赛、创业实践和创业环境四个方面,系统构建了创业教育评价指标体系,并根据此评价体系对清华大学等国内创业教育开展较有特色的三所高校进行综合评价,总结出了均衡型、专业型和应用型三种不同创业教育模式及其特征。     

大学创业教育存在的问题及对策

我国大学创业教育中存在着大学生就业观念转变滞后、大学创业教育体系不成熟、大学创业教育投入严重不足、缺乏良好的大学创业教育社会环境等主要问题。促进大学创业教育发展的对策有：必须完善大学教育目标,强化能力体系建设;突出学生主体地位,灵活建立课程学制;促进大学创业教育与学科专业发展紧密结合;打开校门,建设大学创业教育师资队伍;崇尚人生创业价值,促进就业观念转变;努力改善大学生创业环境。     

美国大学生创业教育模式及其启示

在美国,创业教育已经有50多年的历史,在良好的社会基础和有力的社会支持体系下,已经形成完善的创业教育体系。在创业教育开展最早和最为完善的美国著名大学中,百森商学院、哈佛大学和斯坦福大学各有千秋,代表了美国高等院校创业教育的典型模式。认真研究并借鉴美国的成功经验,对于我国大学生创业教育体系的构建,具有一定的现实意义。

在经济全球化背景下,创新创业活动成为各国提高经济实力的关键动力之一.作为世界顶尖的创新创业型大学之一的以色列理工学院,依靠政府的大力支持,建立了完善的创业教育生态系统,包括微观的高校培养体系、中观的高校组织机构和宏观的外部支持三个层面.分析和总结以色列理工学院创业教育生态系统的成功经验以期为我国的创新创业教育发展提供借鉴:优化培养体系、健全组织机构、争取外部支持.     

依托大学生创业型社团开展创业教育实践与启示

当前高校创业教育存在认识偏差,阻碍着我国创业教育的发展;方法不科学,抑制了学生的创业激情;课程不系统,导致创业教育脱离学科专业,难以发挥各专业优势和特长;激励机制不完善,创业教育缺乏可持续发展的动力;资源未整合,不能为学生创业提供全方位的支持等问题。中南民族大学开创依托创业型社团组织管理创业课程,承办创业类竞赛,开展创业实践活动等,实践表明：要构建灵活、多样的创业教育课程体系,建设具有创业指导能力的高素质师资队伍,打造多类型学生创业基地实践平台,依托创业型社l虱营造良好的创业氛围,创新大学生创业教育模式,才能达到创业教育的良好效果。     

从创业计划竞赛管窥高校创业教育的发展趋势

创业计划竞赛能够与诸多创业教育资源产生联系,从而可以成为创业教育体系的＂核心＂。通过对创业计划竞赛的国际比较,可以发现,我国与一些发达国家创业计划竞赛的显著差异在于背后创业环境的差异,这也恰恰反映了我国创业计划竞赛的大致发展方向。从创业计划竞赛的发展变迁可以管窥我国高校创业教育发展趋势：建设生态系统促进资源协同、创新型创业将更受鼓励和政策支持、注重系统化基础上的特色发展。     

创业型大学视角下创业教育体系的构建

创业型大学视角下的创业教育具有人才培养目标的针对性和实用性强,教育模式呈多元化、开放式,课程体系完善、实践性突出,创业文化氛围较为浓厚等特征。我国高校现行的创业教育体系还存在着未能与学科专业教育有机融合,开放性不够、实践性不强,教师缺乏创业素养、教学模式与授课方式单一,创业教育顶层设计不足、缺乏强有力的组织运行机制等问题,必须从树立创业型人才培养理念,构建与创业型人才相适应的创业教育课程体系,提高师资队伍的创业素养,搭建开放式、多元化的创业实践平台,建立网络型创业教育与研究组织机制,塑造创新创业校园文化等方面完成创业型大学创业教育体系的构建。

创业型大学与创业教育有着天然的渊源。创业教育是创业型大学的应有之举,创业型大学为创业教育提供了得天独厚的发展优势,二者的有效融合是创业教育与大学创业行为可持续发展的关键。创建创业型大学是高职院校转型发展的理性选择之一,必须不失时机地建立“创业中心”和“创业实体”,完善与专业相结合的创业教育课程体系,建设创业型师资队伍,推进创业教育再上新台阶。     

美国创新创业教育体系的建设与实施

美国从小学、中学、高中、大学各个阶段都进行创新创业教育,政府、社会、学校和非政府组织共同营造创新创业环境和氛围,各种公益性机构、基金会、非营利性机构、天使投资联盟、风险投资公司、创新中心、创客空间、创业者网络等一应俱全,为各类创业者提供了完善的资金和条件支持。美国建立了高度完善的创新创业教育体系,具备全民创新创业的氛围、条件和环境,政府、社会为创新创业者提供了完善的政策、资金和平台的支撑。在我国大力推进"大众创业、万众创新"的今天,美国在创新创业教育方面的很多做法值得借鉴。     

建设创业型大学背景下的大学生创业教育研究

加强大学生创业教育不仅是拓展毕业生就业渠道,促进大学生就业的重要途径,而且是建设创业型大学,培养创新人才的重要战略任务。建设创业型大学、加强创业教育是时代的呼唤。加强创业教育必须转变观念,加强领导;加强教育理论研究,构建创业教育体系;创造条件,大力开展实践活动。
