当前我国C2C电子商务税收征管存在课税对象难以界定,管辖权难以划分以及征管困难等一系列问题。而C2C电子商务在法理上却具有绝对的可税性,并且国外发达国家已经形成了完善的电子商务税收征管法律体系。在借鉴国外经验的基础上,我们可以建立专门的电子商务税收登记制度、电子发票制度以及第三方支付平台代扣代缴制度等,来完善我国C2C电子商务税收法律制度。
