The adsorption performance of toluene on ultra-stable Y zeolite(USY) was studied via dynamic adsorption. The effects of bed temperature, initial concentration, and feed flow rate on adsorption were investigated. The Yoon–Nelson model was used to fit the toluene breakthrough curves. The length of mass transfer zone was calculated based on breakthrough curves. The Langmuir–Freundlich model fit the adsorption isotherms of toluene on USY, which indicated that the surface of USY was heterogeneous. The adsorption isosteric heat calculated from adsorption isotherms ranged from 54.3 to 69.8 kJ/mol, indicating physical adsorption. The combined technique of temperature swing adsorption with vacuum swing adsorption(TVSA) exhibited excellent desorption performance, which was attributed to the low desorption activation energy. Under optimized TVSA conditions, the desorption rate of toluene reached 90.6% within 10 min. The long-term cyclic utilization results indicated that the adsorption capacity of USY was stable.  相似文献

A customer-classified evaluation system is described with the customization-supporting tree of evaluation indexes, in which users can determine any evaluation index independently. Based on this system, a customer-classified algorithm based on fuzzy clustering analysis is proposed to implement the customer-classified management. A modified cellular automaton model for traffic flow was proposed. A novel concept about the changeable security gap was introduced and a parameter related to the variable security gap was determined. The fundamental diagram obtained by simulation shows that the maximum flow more approaches to the observed data than that of the NaSch model, indicating that the presented model is more reasonable and realistic.  相似文献

A compound machine tool was designed, which combined rotary ultrasonic assisted grinding, electrical discharge machining(EDM) and multi-axis milling. Experimental results indicated that its positioning accuracy was less than 5.6 μm and its repetitive positioning accuracy was less than 1.8 μm; the vibration amplitude of ultrasonic grinding system was uniform and stable, and the EDM system worked well and stably.A smooth surface of K9 optical glass component was achieved by the grinding method.  相似文献

A novel fluidized electrochemical reactor that integrated advanced electrochemical oxidation with activated carbon (AC) fluidization in a single cell was developed to model pollutant p-nitrophenol (PNP) abatement. AC fluidization could enhance COD removal by 22%-30%. In such a combined process, synergetic effects on PNP and COD removal was found, with their removal rate being enhanced by 137.8% and 97.8%, respectively. AC could be electrochemically regenerated and reused, indicating the combined process would be promising for treatment of biorefractory organic pollutants.  相似文献

A novel ε-type solenoid actuator is proposed to improve the dynamic response of electro-pneumatic ejector valves by reducing moving mass weight. A finite element analysis (FEA) model has been developed to describe the static and dynamic operations of the valves. Compared with a conventional E-type actuator, the proposed ε-type actuator reduced the moving mass weight by almost 65% without significant loss of solenoid force, and reduced the response time (RT) typically by 20%. Prototype valves were designed and fabricated based on the proposed ε-type actuator model. An experimental setup was also established to investigate the dynamic characteristics of valves. The experimental results of the dynamics of valves agreed well with simulations, indicating the validity of the FEA model.  相似文献

A valveless linear compressor was built up to drive a self-made two-stage pulse tube cryocooler. With a designed maximum swept volume of 60 cm^3, the compressor can provide the cryocooler with a pressure volume (PV) power of 400 W. Preliminary measurements of the compressor indicated that both an efficiency of 35%-55% and a pressure ratio of 1.3-1.4 could be obtained. The two-stage pulse tube cryocooler driven by this compressor achieved the lowest temperature of 14.2 K.  相似文献

A new method of short-term forecasting for water consumption in municipal supply water networks based on wavelet transformation is introduced. By wavelet decomposing commonly used in the signal field, water consumption per hour is decomposed into many series. Trend item, cycle item and random item are separated from the original time series in this way. Then by analyzing, building a model, forecasting every series and composing the results, the forecasting value of the original consumption is received. Simulation results show that this forecasting method is faster and more accurate, of which the error is less than 2%, indicating that the wavelet analytical method is practicable.  相似文献

This study investigated the removal and transformation of organic matter through laboratory-scale soil-aquifer treatment (SAT) soil columns over a 110-day period. Reductions in total organic carbon (TOC), dissolved organic carbon (DOC), biodegradable dissolved organic carbon (BDOC), nonbiodegradable dissolved organic carbon (NBDOC) and absorbance of ul-traviolet light at 254 nm (UV-254) averaged 71.46%, 68.05%, 99.31%, 33.27% and 38.96% across the soil columns, respectively. DOC/TOC ratios increased slightly with depth while BDOC/DOC ratios showed a converse trend. DOC exiting the soil-column system contained only a very small biodegradable fraction. SAT decreased the concentration of DOC present in feed water but increased its aromaticity, as indicated by specific ultraviolet light absorbance (SUVA), which increased by 50%~115% across the soil columns, indicating preferential removal of non-aromatic DOC during SAT. Overall, laboratory-scale SAT reduced triha-lomethane formation potential (THMFP), although specific THMFP increased. THMFP reduction was dominated by removal in chloroform. All samples exhibited a common general relationship with respect to weight: chloroform>dichlorobromomethane >dibromochloromethane>bromoform.  相似文献

A rice mutant with Yaponica 9522 cultivar background Oryza sativa extraordinary glume 1 (Oseg 1) was identified from the M2 mutant pool mutagenized by ^60Co γ-ray. Compared with wild type plants, Oseg 1 developed longer empty glumes and rudimentary glumes. In some Oseg 1 mutants, the number of stamens of flowers was reduced and leaf-like lodicules occurred, and excessive lemma/palea-like organ could be observed in some mutant spikelets. This indicated that OsEG1 could regulate the development of rudimentary glumes, empty glumes, lemma/palea, lodicules, and stamens. Genetic analysis indicated that Oseg 1 came from a single recessive genetic locus. To clone OsEG1 gene, F2 population was constructed by a cross between Oseg 1 (Japonica) and Guangluai4 (Indica). Using map-based cloning approach, OsEG1 was mapped on chromosome 4, between INDEL marker OS407 and WHM0466 with genetic distance of 2.0 cm and 1.0 cm, respectively. A combined cycle fatigue (CCF) testing system with ultrasonic frequency component was developed toevaluate the CCF properties of S350 steel welded joints in this study. The fatigue testing results indicated that the S-Ncurves of CCF did not have fatigue limit, which agreed with those of pure high frequency fatigue of welded joints. TheS-N curves showed that the CCF strength of welded joints dropped greatly with the increasing interaction between highand low frequency fatigue loading.
