我国优秀男子拳击运动员赛前心理状态及其关系研究

以54名我国优秀男子拳击运动员为测试对象,使用心理测试和现场观察等方法对拳击运动员运动动机、意志品质、赛前情绪和心境等赛前心理状态进行检验和分析。研究结果表明:1)拳击运动员的意志品质和运动员的运动动机、赛前情绪具有显著性相关(P<0.05);2)拳击运动员的心境与运动员的运动动机和赛前情绪具有显著性相关(P<0.05),并能有效预测运动员运动动机和赛前情绪;3)拳击运动员的运动动机和赛前情绪具有显著性相关(P<0.05),可以通过运动动机的培养和训练来提升运动员赛前的良好情绪状态。     

体育运动心理学中的情绪研究

<心境状态量表>,即POMS,是人们在对体育领域中的情绪问题进行研究时最经常使用的测量工具.在对使用POMS进行情绪研究的文献进行综合分析后,分别从情绪与操作成绩之间的关系、赛前情绪对运动成绩的预测功能和体育活动对情绪的调节作用等不同方面进行了综述.研究表明:情绪反应可以用来区分运动员和非运动员,前者表现出了比后者更积极的情绪状态;只有在考虑了练习类型、持续时间和被试个人特点等变量之后,赛前情绪才有可能较为准确的预测运动成绩;恰当的体育练习有助于改善情绪状态.     

不同水平散打运动员赛前情绪特征与运动成绩的关系

对参加2012年全国武术散打锦标赛的31名运动员以问卷方式进行心理测验,分析不同水平散打运动员赛前情绪特征与运动成绩的关系。结果表明:1)健将级散打运动员的消极情绪明显低于一二级运动员,表现在成就感降低和紧张程度,呈显著性差异;健将级运动员积极情绪的精力因子得分低于一二级运动员,但无显著性差异。2)运动消极评价和疲劳因子对健将级散打运动员运动成绩具有显著预测作用,成就感的降低和紧张因子对一二级散打运动员运动成绩具有显著预测作用。结论:散打运动员赛前情绪易受到伤病、技术无长进和曾经获取的成绩等影响;运动员赛前情绪影响运动成绩的获取。     

优秀游泳运动员赛前2小时和30分钟心理唤醒状态研究

将31名优秀游泳运动员按照比赛发挥程度分为较好、一般、较差组,在赛前2小时、30分钟采用《运动员心理唤醒量表(MASA)》对运动员进行调查,分析不同组别运动员赛前心理唤醒状态差异,探索优秀游泳运动员赛前适宜比赛的心理唤醒水平。结果表明:不同发挥程度游泳运动员赛前唤醒水平存在差异;心理唤醒强度、负性心理唤醒是影响优秀游泳运动员赛前唤醒状态敏感维度,与比赛发挥关系密切,正性唤醒并非影响游泳运动员赛前唤醒的敏感维度。游泳运动员临赛前应具备中等偏高水平的正性心理唤醒和心理唤醒强度,中等偏低水平的负性心理唤醒;建议教练员重视赛前水上准备活动,重视赛时心理唤醒水平调节。     

可能影响量表测量信效度的又一因素

本文依据情绪心理与认知心理相互作用的理论,考察赛前不同自主神经系唤醒水平下运动员对自我生理状态变化的认知情况。以射击和排球运动员为研究对象,设计了“心率变化率”,“认知稳定性”等指标,分别代表自主神经系唤醒水平,认知准确性的稳定程度。通过非参数检验证明,在赛前不同的自主系唤醒水平下,运动员对自我生理状态变化的认知是不稳定的。     

粤东高校篮球运动员赛前焦虑与场上表现的相关研究

本通过对粤东高校男子篮球赛中8支球队运动员赛前焦虑情绪和比赛中表现的测试评价，结果表明：运动员赛前状态焦虑情绪与场上技术发挥、特一状焦虑与投篮命中关系密切，过高焦虑(或状态焦虑)对技术发挥和成绩不利，与整体实力、场上配合、紧张的关系不密切。建议平时要加强对运动员的心理训练才能取得好成绩。     

青少年武术运动员赛前情绪应对方式研究

采用《中国运动员应对量表》及《赛前情绪量表-T》对131名参加第六届全国武术馆校武术比赛的青少年武术运动员进行测查,探讨其应对方式、赛前情绪特点及不同类型应对方式与赛前情绪的关系。结果表明:青少年武术运动员对集中解决问题的应对、集中处理情绪的应对、回避应对、超越应对均有较为普遍的运用,但运用率分别处于中、低等水平;赛前自信较高,个体失败焦虑和社会期待焦虑处于中等水平,躯体焦虑较低;4种应对方式分别能有效预测自信、社会期待焦虑或个体失败焦虑,但均不能有效预测躯体焦虑;4种应对方式对赛前情绪的预测力依次为:集中解决问题的应对最大,超越应对其次,集中处理情绪的应对第三,回避应对最小。     

自由式滑雪空中技巧国家队运动员竞赛焦虑特征与成绩关系的研究

运用心理测量等方法,对自由式滑雪空中技巧国家队队员的赛前竞赛焦虑进行研究。结果表明:运动员的竞赛特质焦虑在运动等级和运动成绩上具有显著差异,作为相当稳定的个性特征,特质焦虑可以作为空中技巧运动员心理选材的一个有效指标;空中技巧的比赛成绩受认知状态焦虑和状态自信心的影响较大,其认知状态焦虑和躯体状态焦虑均随比赛层次的提高而增高。教练员应加强对队员的认知心理训练和自我效能的培养以适应大赛的需要。     

健美操运动员参赛成就动机应对策略与赛前情绪的关系

采用“社会取向与个我取向运动成就动机量表”、“赛前情绪量表-T”、“中国运动员应对量表”对45名竞技健美操运动员进行赛前调查,探讨运动成就动机、应对策略与赛前情绪的关系,以及不同运动等级运动员成就动机取向、运动应对策略的差异性。研究结果表明：不同运动等级运动员在成就动机的个我取向和应对的处理情绪、回避应对和超越应对方面的评价具有显著性差异,不同的运动成就动机、应对策略对运动员赛前情绪具有不同的影响。     

青少年男子铁饼运动员赛前心理训练实验研究

运用文献资料法、调查访问法、数理统计法、实验法等研究方法,对铁饼运动员赛前心理训练进行实验研究.旨在探索更加科学合理的训练方法,依此来提高运动员运动成绩.研究结果发现:1)赛前加强运动员心理训练能消除运动员各种紧张的心理状态.2)运动员加强赛前心理训练,对稳定运动员的思想情绪,提高运动成绩,有直接的关系和影响,是竞赛成绩好坏的关键.3)长期在运动员的训练或比赛中实施心理训练,可以培养运动员坚定、勇敢的品质,能有效提高运动员的机体适应能力.建议把在运动训练中突出心理训练的重要作用.
