杏鲍菇提取液对小鼠小肠推进功能的影响

摘要:观察食用菌——杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii DC.ex Fr.)对小鼠小肠功能的影响.以正常、新斯的明负荷、肾上腺素负荷为研究模型,采用炭末小肠推进试验法.杏鲍菇提取液1次性ig给药12 g.kg-1可显著促进正常小鼠的小肠运动(P<0.05);杏鲍菇提取液对肾上腺素负荷引起小鼠小肠推进抑制有极显著的促进作用(P<0.01);对新斯的明负荷小鼠引起的小肠推进亢进没有明显拮抗作用(P>0.05).杏鲍菇提取液有加强小鼠小肠运动功能的功效.     

金顶侧耳对小鼠胃排空的影响

采用改良酚红含量测定法,分别以正常、新斯的明负荷、肾上腺素负荷小鼠为实验研究模型．探索金顶侧耳对小鼠胃排空的影响．结果表明：金顸侧耳提取液1次性ig给药6．00g·kg^-1可非常显著促进正常小鼠的胃排空（P〈0．01）;对新斯的明负荷小鼠引起的胃排空亢进有明显的拮抗作用（P〈0．05）;对肾上腺素负荷小鼠引起的胃排空抑制没有明显的拮抗作用（P〉0．05）．     

羊肚菌对小鼠小肠推进功能的研究

观察食用菌———羊肚菌对小鼠胃肠运动功能的影响.以正常、新斯的明负荷、肾上腺素负荷小鼠为实验研究模型,采用炭末小肠推进试验法.羊肚菌提取液1次性ig给药可显著促进正常小鼠的胃肠运动(P<0.01),且呈现很好的量效关系;羊肚菌提取液对新斯的明负荷小鼠引起的胃肠推进亢进有显著的拮抗作用(P<0.01),对肾上腺素负荷引起的胃肠推进抑制没有明显影响(P>0.05).羊肚菌提取液有加强小鼠小肠运动的功效.     

松口蘑对小鼠肠胃运动的实验研究

观察食用菌———松口蘑对小鼠胃肠运动功能的影响.以正常、新斯的明负荷、肾上腺素负荷及脾虚小鼠为实验研究模型,采用炭末小肠推进试验法和体征、体重评估法.松口蘑提取液1次性ig给药可显著促进正常小鼠的胃肠运动(P<0 01),且呈现很好的量效关系;松口蘑提取液对新斯的明负荷小鼠引起的胃肠推进亢进有显著的拮抗作用(P<0.01),对肾上腺素负荷引起的胃肠推进抑制有明显影响(P<0.05);松口蘑提取液可明显改善脾虚模型小鼠的体征,使脾虚模型小鼠的体重有一定的增加,但不能抑制脾虚小鼠的胃肠运动(P>0.05),不能使脾虚小鼠的肠胃运动趋于正常;松口蘑的急性毒性很小.松口蘑提取液能增加小鼠肠胃运动功能的功效.     

克泻泰胶囊的止泻作用研究

克泻泰胶囊经小鼠灌胃最大耐受量为53.6g/kg,克泻泰可显著抑制正常或新斯的明负荷肠段蠕动,对氯化乙酰胆碱引起的离体肠痉挛有显著解症作用,对10种致病菌有抑制生长作用,结果提示克泻泰有止泻作用.     

水飞蓟宾对丁酸钠引起的老龄鼠抑郁和焦虑样行为的影响

目的:研究丁酸钠对老龄鼠抑郁和焦虑样行为的影响及水飞蓟宾对其行为的干预作用.方法:8月龄昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组、丁酸钠组、丁酸钠+水飞蓟宾(0.1 g·kg-1)组、丁酸钠+水飞蓟宾(0.2 g·kg-1)组.通过悬尾实验、旷场实验、高架十字迷宫实验和明暗箱实验观察丁酸钠和水飞蓟宾对老龄鼠的行为学影响.结果:在悬尾实验中,丁酸钠组小鼠较对照组小鼠不动时间明显延长(P<0.05);水飞蓟宾组小鼠较丁酸钠组小鼠不动时间明显缩短(P<0.05,P<0.01).在旷场实验中,丁酸钠组小鼠较对照组小鼠跨格次数显著减少(P<0.05);水飞蓟宾组(0.2 g·kg-1)小鼠较丁酸钠组小鼠跨格次数显著增加(P<0.05).在高架十字迷宫实验中,丁酸钠组小鼠较对照组小鼠在闭臂停留时间显著延长(P<0.05);水飞蓟宾组小鼠较丁酸钠组小鼠在闭臂停留时间有缩短趋势,但差异无显著性(P>0.05).在明暗箱实验中,丁酸钠组小鼠较对照组小鼠在明箱停留时间明显减少(P<0.05);水飞蓟宾组(0.2 g·kg-1)小鼠较丁酸钠组小鼠在明箱停留时间明显增加(P<0.05).结论:丁酸钠可引起老龄鼠出现抑郁和焦虑样行为;水飞蓟宾能够明显改善丁酸钠引起的抑郁和焦虑样行为.     

不同处理因素对离体兔小肠平滑肌运动的影响

采用离体器官实验法,将家兔小肠分段,置于恒温通气麦氏浴皿培养液中,分别加入不同处理因素,以观察它们对小肠平滑肌运动的影响.试验结果表明:①平滑肌具有自动节律性、较大的展长性、紧张性、但节律性较差等生理特性.机械刺激可明显影响平滑肌的运动,2±0.5 s内收缩张力与正常水平相比差异极显著(P＜0.001).温度改变、酸碱变化均抑制平滑肌运动.能引起平滑肌兴奋的药物有乙酰胆碱(Ach)、新斯的明(Neo)等,使平滑肌收缩活动受抑制的药物有阿托品(Atr)、肾上腺素(Adr)等.②不同肠段对各种因素的敏感性存在差异.一般十二指肠最为敏感,空肠次之,回肠最差.     

α-硫辛酸对热应激小鼠睾酮分泌失调的保护作用

目的:研究α-硫辛酸对热应激引起小鼠睾酮分泌失调的保护作用.方法:将性成熟雄性SPF昆明小鼠60只,随机分为3组,即对照组、热应激组和α-硫辛酸+热应激处理组.分别采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测各组小鼠血清睾酮含量,石蜡切片免疫组化染色法(IHC)分析各组小鼠非折叠蛋白反应信号通路的关键信号转导调节分子肌醇需求酶1(IRE1)在睾丸中的表达定位,以及蛋白免疫印迹法(Western blot)检测各组小鼠IRE1和促凋亡基因半胱氨酸蛋白酶-3(Caspase-3)的蛋白表达量变化.结果:与对照组相比,热应激组的血清睾酮含量显著下降(P<0.01),睾丸组织中IRE1和Caspase-3蛋白表达量显著增加(P<0.01,P<0.01);与热应激组相比,α-硫辛酸+热应激处理组的血清睾酮含量显著升高(P<0.05),在睾丸生精小管和间质细胞中均可观察到IRE1蛋白的阳性免疫染色,但IRE1蛋白阳性细胞数量显著减少(P<0.05),IRE1和Caspase-3的蛋白表达量均显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.05).结论:热应激能够抑制小鼠睾丸睾酮的分泌,降低血清睾酮的含量;在本试验条件下,添加60 mg/(kg·d)的α-硫辛酸能够有效增加热应激状态下小鼠的血清睾酮含量,其发挥保护作用的机制可能与α-硫辛酸抑制IRE1介导的非折叠蛋白反应信号通路激活、降低凋亡促进基因Caspase-3的蛋白表达量有关.     

白术醇提取物对老年小鼠记忆障碍的改善作用

探讨白术醇提取物(AME)对老年小鼠记忆障碍的改善及海马乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活力的影响。实验动物分为5组:对照组选用4月龄昆明种小鼠(12只),老年组与AME组选用18月龄昆明种小鼠(48只)。采用避暗实验检测小鼠的记忆能力,生化测定小鼠海马AChE活力的变化。结果显示:(1)避暗实验中,与对照组比,老年组小鼠的步入潜伏期明显缩短(P<0.05),错误次数明显增多(P<0.01);与老年组比,中、高剂量AME组小鼠的步入潜伏期明显延长(P<0.05,P<0.01),错误次数明显减少(P<0.05)。(2)生化测定表明,与对照组比,老年组小鼠海马AChE活力显著增加(P<0.01);与老年组比,中、高剂量AME组小鼠的ACh E活力显著降低(P<0.01)。结果提示AME对老年记忆障碍有一定的改善作用,机制可能与其降低海马AChE活力有关。     

中药黄芩抗缺氧作用研究

目的:为探讨黄芩水提物的抗缺氧作用,用小鼠制备模型进行耐缺氧研究.方法:采用小鼠常压缺氧模型、对抗异丙肾上腺素模型、对抗亚硝酸钠动物模型,腹腔注射黄芩水提物,测定其存活时间.结果:黄芩水提物能显著延长常压缺氧条件下小鼠的存活时间(P<0.01);能显著延长腹腔注射异丙肾上腺素小鼠在常压缺氧条件下的存活时间(P<0.01);对小鼠亚硝酸钠中毒无明显的缓解作用(P>0.05).结论:黄芩水提物具有增强小鼠耐缺氧能力的作用.

Social and Cultural Influence on Word Meaning

Different nations have different social cultures, and the social culture of every nation is developing with the development of the nation, language is greatly influenced by social culture, which enables language to possess national and historical characteristics. Word is the smallest, independent, meaningful linguistic unit of language. It can well reflect the national and historical characteristics. From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent. Inequalities for inscribed simplexes

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Another inequality is derived to present the relationship betweenthe circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex and the circumradius and inradius of its pedal simplex.
