[目的/意义]调查新媒体环境下高校研究者科研信息行为,分析新媒体环境下高校研究者科研信息行为特征,为知识信息服务者提供科研信息服务提出建议与对策。[方法/过程]构建新媒体环境下科研信息行为特征模型,选取高校研究者作为调查样本,运用问卷调查法对其科研信息资源使用情况、科研信息获取行为、科研信息消化行为、科研信息追踪行为、科研信息交流行为及科研信息服务需求进行调查分析,验证新媒体环境下科研信息行为特征模型。[结果/结论]高校研究者对新媒体科研信息资源依赖度较高,对电子期刊的偏好最高,且关注信息资源的质量;科研信息获取行为呈现途径多元化的特征;科研信息消化行为呈现碎片化特征;科研信息追踪行为呈现传统途径居多、方式单一化的特征;科研信息交流行为呈现新媒体平台交流主导化的特征;新媒体平台科研信息服务需求呈现个性化的特征。除科研信息追踪行为特征与模型存在偏差外,基本验证了所构建的新媒体环境下科研信息行为特征模型。 相似文献

Objective: A review, focusing on emotion, was conducted of reported studies on the information behaviour of healthcare professionals (2004–2008). Findings were intended to offer guidelines on information services and information literacy training, to note gaps in research and to raise research interest. Method: Databases were searched for literature published from January 2004 to December 2008 and indexed on eric , Library and Information Science Abstracts, medline , Psyc INFO, Social Services Abstracts, Sociological Abstracts, Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition; Library, Information Science & Technology Abstracts; Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection; Social Work Abstracts; Soc INDEX with Full Text; SPORTDiscus ; cinhal ; and the ISI Web of Knowledge databases. Key journals were manually scanned and citations followed. Literature was included if reporting on issues concerning emotion. Results: Emotion in information behaviour in healthcare contexts is scantily addressed. This review, however, offers some insight into the difficulty in identifying and expressing information needs; sense making and the need to fill knowledge gaps; uncertainty; personality and coping skills; motivation to seeking information; emotional experiences during information seeking; self‐confidence and attitude; emotional factors in the selection of information channels; and seeking information for psychological or emotional reasons. Conclusion: Suggestions following findings, address information literacy programs, information services and research gaps. 相似文献

This paper provides an analytical overview of related literature published during the past decade on rural population's information needs and acquisition in China, with a view to informing the world research community and policy makers of what has been found about the information needs of the world's largest rural population and to promoting dialogue between interested researchers within and outside China. Results from related studies are summarized; major methodological features of these studies are noted; practical and theoretical implications of major findings are critically analyzed. Although the results from related studies are not directly comparable due to their differences in research methods and contexts, it is nevertheless possible to draw some common conclusions regarding the rural population's information needs and information source preferences. Related research has overwhelmingly showed that rural residents have an extensive range of information needs, with agricultural technological information, market information, income generation information and policy information being the most needed; and that they rely very much on interpersonal relationships for acquiring both general information and information for agriculture production. The primary objectives of most studies are pragmatic rather than theoretical. 相似文献

以9所澳大利亚高校图书馆发布的个人信息保护政策为研究对象,通过网络调查研究其个人信息保护政策制定的现状。从法律政策指导、个人信息相关概念界定、个人信息收集的目的和内容、个人信息安全的维护、个人信息披露的声明、个人信息的查询与修改、个人信息权利的维护7个方面对澳大利亚高校图书馆个人信息保护政策进行内容分析,对我国高校图书馆个人信息保护政策的制定有以下启示:设置个人信息保护办公室,增强高校图书馆个人信息保护的主动性;并举内容数量,制定高校图书馆个人信息保护政策;构建法律体系,国家加速出台《个人信息保护法》。 相似文献

Somewhere in the vicinity of 80 percent of all governmental information has some “geographic” element, and the vast majority is called “geospatial” because of the nature of describing spatial phenomena of the earth. Geospatial information has been increasing steadily in popularity and use since the advent of geographic information systems in the 1960s. From the early 1990s until the present, research libraries have seen an increase in the availability of geospatial information, and they have also seen a substantial change in the services provided to support the needs of clients seeking that information. However, recent events have altered the “access landscape.” September 11, 2001, and subsequent events, caused many policy shifts to take place as to how, or whether, access to governmental geospatial information should be granted.
