通过对产品摄影的评价因素和对摄影棚拍摄特点的分析,分别以白色和黑色为渲染背景,建立了基于摄影棚模式的三维产品渲染流程。在虚拟摄影棚左侧、右侧和顶部建立三盏不同的矩形灯光,并结合材质设置和渲染参数设置,就能够渲染出白色背景的精美产品效果图;黑色背景的渲染是以一盏背景灯将产品从黑色背景中烘托出来,并利用模糊倒影来增强产品的立体感;还分析了产品渲染中实景匹配的两种方式,并提出透明材质物体渲染的注意事项。以渲染器Vray为实验平台,渲染结果真实度高。  相似文献

充分利用发光二极管(LED)光源的可控性,采用冷暖白光LED和两通道脉冲宽度调制PWM法,从人们关心的照明光源参数出发,依据选用冷白LED光源和暖白LED光源光度色度参数,建立了给定光度量输出时冷暖白光LED光源控制占空比计算的模型,并探讨了基于色温目标控制参数占空比的约束条件.实际设计混色光源参数分析过程和人们选择光源性能指标参数的一致性,为实现分档或连续调光调色提供了直观实用的混色控制模型.  相似文献

Whites have long designated people of color as "pgood" when they were "friends of the white man." In a reverse move, some antiracist whites now identify themselves as "good" whites - as friends of people of color. A number of antiracist psychologists and teacher educators have argued in support of this move. To develop a coherent and abidingly antiracist stance, they say, white students and teachers must feel positive about their racial identity. If the "anti" aspect of antiracist white identity development is given too large a role, learners will have no room to measure themselves in proactive as opposed to reactive terms. Accordingly, white students need to be able to think of themselves as "pallies" of people of color. Although less likely than students to aspire to the status of friend of people of color, progressive white professors, too, insofar as they pride themselves on "getting" race issues, congratulate themselves on being exceptional whites. Both forms of white exceptionalism rely on an indispensable "anti" status: antiracist whites are invited to see themselves as not that kind of white and to embrace only those aspects of whiteness that can be construed as positive. This paper argues that progressive whites must interrogate the very ways of being good that white identity theory offers to protect, for the moral framing that gives whites credit for being antiracist is parasitic on the racism that it is meant to challenge. In order to move towards new conceptions of white antiracism, the paper argues, we need to adopt emergent approaches to both cross-race and intrarace relations.  相似文献

Abstract

This qualitative study investigated the negative impacts minority teacher candidates receive from white teacher candidates in a required multicultural education class. The findings reveal that four teacher candidates of color had difficulty positioning themselves among the overwhelming silencing power of whiteness in the class. The white students were tactful at evading power and race and flattening the existing hierarchical power relations through the discourses of colorblindness and by preying on the minority instructor. Their understanding of diversity was also shallow. On the other hand, the teacher candidates of color were afraid that they might be labeled as the ones who spoke up against the white students and fearful of the possibility of retaliation and ostracism from the white peers. It seems that the teacher education program’s structure allowed the white candidates to impose strong negative peer pressure on the teacher candidates of color.  相似文献

Through a comprehensive literature review, this article identifies and discusses barriers to recruitment and retention of faculty of color. Marginalization, racism and sexism manifested as unintended barriers are presented as a few of the barriers faculty of color face in successfully navigating the tenure process. Informed by this literature review, we conducted a self-study that presents the experiences of four faculty of color navigating the tenure process in a predominately white Research Institution. The purpose of this study was to share the experiences of three junior faculty of color as they navigate the tenure process, and one tenured faculty of color who is informally mentoring them through the process. This article highlights the findings of one component of a broader study: focus group discussions about how diversity efforts and activities are subsequently evidenced in teaching, research agendas and service. Four themes are presented: Academic Identity; Confronting Diversity, Mentoring, and Safe Spaces. A discussion of the consequences of these findings on faculty of color retention and recruitment is included. Recommendations are made to other predominately white institutions on how to address issues facing faculty of color.  相似文献

Abstract

Students in colleges and universities across the United States are being exposed to overtly white supremacist groups on campus. These groups dub themselves “identitarians” and attempt to influence students to support a white nationalist ideology through claims of reverse racism that threaten the lives of people of color. Theologically, this ideology also presents an obstacle for instruction: the existence of a competing Imago Dei that ties itself to white supremacy, dehumanizing persons of color. This article encourages the use of anti-racist pedagogies in theological education as a corrective to this competing Imago Dei.  相似文献

This article discusses pedagogical issues that arise in higher education when instructors of color teach classes with predominantly white students. We use student interview data collected during one graduate social foundations of education course to argue that in order to be effective, pedagogical decisions in a foundations course centered on race necessitate certain compromises in terms of power. To open up spaces of dialogic possibility for the discussion and understanding of white privilege, the authors suggest that instructors engage in a pedagogy of purposeful compromise. Such a pedagogy accepts that most white students will not, in the space of one course, recognize their own agency in the perpetuation of privilege and racism, but they might recognize white privilege as a larger structural process that inhibits the opportunities of people of color.  相似文献

Conclusions The hypothesis that color is superior to black and white in eliciting an audience’s rated perception of reality in film scenes is not clearly supported by the evidence. A slight trend, on the contrary, is evinced favoring black and white. Results of the fourth item not only reversed the mild trend in favor of blackand-white, but also showed a significant drop in number of “real” responses, for both black and white and color, as compared with the three other items. The difference in favor of color in this case, as pointed out, was significant at the 5 percent level of confidence. While it is difficult to establish the cause of the differing effects of this fourth scene, it is reasonable to conjecture that a theatrical quality in the behavior of the main actor in this scene may have contributed to the generally reduced credence placed in this scene when shown either as black-and-white or color. The superiority of the color version over the black-and-white suggests that this “theatrical” quality has differential effects in interaction with the color variable. The findings here are much too sketchy to justify any elaborate speculation, but there might possibly be here some mild support of VanderMeer’s contention that when color is used in film, audiences are less apt to take notice of, or be affected by other cues. The fact of whether a scene is real or staged seems less influential to an audience’s perception of reality than other variables within the screen image itself, of which one is the color variable. Apart from the color variable, the ability of a film scene to give the illusion of having been shot from life seems to be very potent even when, in fact, the scene is staged. There is some indication that variables important to an audience’s perception of reality in film scenes have differtial effects in interaction with color and black and white.  相似文献

Conclusions Color television is so new that there is little concrete information on the subject. However, it seems logical to doubt that color will provide any general increased effectiveness to educational TV. In some areas, such as art and medicine, the impact may be great; but for the greater proportion of educational subjects, it will not contribute a great deal. In view of this, together with the present high cost of color TV, it would seem foolish for educational TV to delay development because color television is coming. The transition to color can always be made after the piomeering is done, when costs have gone down, when color receiver circulation is large enough to make color worth while, and when the numerous problems of color programming and production have been solved. What effect will color TV have upon educational TV programs? How expensive will color TV be for educational use? How will educational TV stations use color TV? What competition will commercial color TV offer to educational black and white TV stations? These questions are answered and an overview of the implications of color for educational TV is presented. ABSTRACT

Ineffective and oppressive schooling of people of color has been obstinate and widespread. Disinviting and hostile practices often engaged through written and oral discourses contribute to this condition. Thus, identifying such discourses becomes imperative to reversing these conditions and creating equitable schooling. This essay proposes the use of critical analysis of white innocence as a concept to investigate prejudicial schooling practices. Borrowing from legal studies, the author proposes analyzing the rhetoric of white innocence and its simultaneous opposite, person of color as perpetrator, as an investigative frame in the schooling context. In this work, white innocence is reviewed as a social representation that assists in making more transparent the unmarked standard of white supremacy. The essay first conceptualizes the rhetoric of white innocence. Then, a methodological framework of social cognition through discourse and its (re)production of social representations is offered and utilized to exemplify the manifestations of white innocence in a social studies context.  相似文献
