国外教师压力研究综述

边境中小学教师职业压力与教学成效的相关研究

本研究以压力的认知现象为理论基础,以交互作用理论为依托,运用实证研究方法了解我国西部地区中小学教师所承受的各种压力,以及不同学校、不同教学成效教师在职业压力方面存在的差异,探讨了教师的职业压力与教师成效之间的相互关系.结果表明,所有教师普遍认为教师职业压力大;不同教龄、年龄、学科教师之间压力程度差异不大;不同学校教师之间压力感差异显著;不同教学成效教师之间职业压力差异极显著.     

教学信息化进程中的教师工作压力问题研究

针对教学信息化进程中的教师工作压力问题,本文分析了教师工作压力的主要表现形式,阐述了工作压力大小与持续时间对工作者、工作者群体和工作本身产生的影响,并分析了工作压力对教师及其群体的影响及对教育信息化发展的影响.分析了教学信息化进程中教师的工作压力来源,特别阐释了工作量、角色定位模糊等因素对工作压力的影响.通过对教师工作压力问题的系统分析,提出了教师工作压力管理的具体策略,即加强组织中工作压力的个体调控、加强组织层面对工作压力的管理,以期为教学改革提供参考意见.     

高校教师职业压力状况调查及其应对方式分析

随着经济全球化的推动和世界贸易组织的发展,世界各国的高等教育都在进行变革与创新,教师正面临着适应新的教育体制、提高教学能力、接受新知识、新技术的巨大挑战和压力。通过对浙江大学515名教师进行了调查,在此基础上描述了高校教师的压力、职业压力现状、压力对教师造成的负面影响及压力给教师身心带来的不适反应,分析了压力产生的原因,了解了教师对压力的应对方式。为维护高校教师身心健康、推动高校考核制度改革、完善教师激励机制提供了决策依据。
