基于PTA量表的教师实践力评价探索与思考——以中学地理教师为例

教师实践力评价是全面评价教师、完善教师评价体系的核心议题。文章简要分析了教师实践力评价的重要性,提出教师实践力评价的五个维度,即教师实践活动理解能力、教师实践资源整合能力、教师实践活动设计能力、教师实践活动组织能力和教授实践活动反思能力,并全面解读五个维度的联系。同时,以PTA理论为依据,文章构建中学地理教师实践力评价指标体系,并对PTA量表应用于教师实践力评价进行了反思。     

基于实践能力的高职院校教师教学质量评价的探讨

教师的实践能力是教师知识、素质、技能等多方面因素的综合反映。基于教师实践能力的教学质量评价,目的在于检查与分析教师在实践教学中是否有针对性地培养了企业所期许就职人员应具备的工作能力,以此判断教师是否具备实践教学的能力。文章所分析的对教师实践能力的教学质量评价主要包括教学设计评价、教学实施评价、教学效果评价。同时,探讨了相关教师教学质量评价机制构建的原则、标准及方法等问题。     

职业教育教师实践能力的评价研究

现阶段,对职业教育教师实践能力的评价方法还比较落后,一般只是通过统计方式得出教师实践能力的状况,不能确定其实践能力的等级。因此,依据职业教育教师实践能力的评价指标,构建了职业教育教师实践能力评价方法。这种方法由实践能力评价指标体系、实践能力等级评价策略组成。实践能力指标体系,根据对职业教育教师实践能力的要求选取评价指标13项;实践能力等级评价策略,依据各指标的级别评价出职业教育教师的实践能力等级。     

高校财务管理教师教学能力构成和评价研究

高等学校财务管理专业教师教学能力构成复杂,通过对多所院校的学生和教师的调查研究认为财务管理教师教学能力由教学认知能力、教学设计能力、教学实施能力和教学学术等能力构成,并基于此构建了评价财务管理专业教师教学能力的 18 个主要指标,认为通过设计的指标对教师的教学能力进行评价能更好地促进财务管理教师教学能力的提升,并认为教学评价应以教师为主,综合多种因素,并坚持长期客观持续评价,才能实现对教师教学能力的真实评价,改变高校重视科研而轻视教学的状况.

课堂教学评价是进行有效教学、提升教学质量的重要手段。然而,当前所实施的评价往往侧重于以教师的教学活动为评价对象,具有强烈的外部评价色彩,对于教师自身作为教学主体所实施的课堂评价活动及其应具备的评价能力关注不够。本文首先探讨了教师主体课堂教学评价能力的重要性,并分析了目前教师主体课堂教学评价能力存在的问题,最后,提出加强教师的自我反思、积极实施教师主体课堂教学评价能力培训、完善以听评课为主的校本教研制度等培养策略。

基于层次分析法的中职教师教学能力评价

中职教师的教学能力是中职教师专业技能中的核心部分。在对文献研究和实地调研的基础上,构建了以教学设计能力、教学组织和实践能力、教学评价能力、教学指导能力、教学改革与研究能力组成的多层次教学能力评价体系,利用层次分析法对各项能力指标赋予权重,结合具体案例,对中职教师的教学能力进行优劣排序。结果表明:运用AHP评价方法,能实现对中职教师教学能力科学合理和公平公正的评价。     

教学型教师评价指标体系与评价方法

教学为主型教师评价是衡量、提升高校教育教学水平的重要内容.对教学为主型教师的评价应该有别于研究为主型教师、教学科研并重型教师以及社会推广型教师,应侧重于对其教学学术能力的评价.教学学术能力的主要体现是课程开发、教学设计和教学实施能力.本文从教学态度、教学实施、学术与发展三个方面构建了包含27个子指标的高校教学型教师评价指标体系,并提出了一个基于随机森林算法的高校教学型教师评价方法,该评价方法通过重抽样技术克服了现有评价体系存在的数据不平衡性问题,从而使高校教学型教师的评价更精确科学.
