本文以STC12C5A60S2单片机为主控制器,设计了一种带漏电保护功能的线性直流稳压电源.电源主电路利用TL431产生2.5V基准源,将输出电压反馈过来和基准源比较,控制TIP127三极管导通,实现稳压输出.单片机首先利用10位内置ADC对输出电压、电流信号采集,然后完成相应的保护功能,最后将各参数送LCD显示.测试结果表明,该电源工作可靠、性能良好、稳定电压稳定,且输出电流可大于1A,电压调整率、负载调整率均在理想的范围之内.  相似文献

提供一种线性直流稳压电源及漏电保护装置的设计方法,以芯片LM2577、LM2576和单片机为核心制作DC—DC转换器,提供额定输出电压为5V±0.05V、额定输出电流为1A的直流稳压电源。可以实现直流电压输入5.5~25V,输出电压保持在5V±0.05V,电压调整率SU≤1%;当输入电压为7V,直流稳压电源输出电流由1A减小到0.01A,负载调整率SL≤1%,并能够实现功率测量与实时显示,能够实现对模拟漏电支路的漏电保护动作。  相似文献

设计了一种输入电压为5.5V~25V,输出电压为5V的直流稳压电源及其漏电保护装置系统.直流稳压电源模块采用达林顿管TIP42、OP07运算放大器及三极管构成一个深度负反馈稳压电路.输出电压经ADS1286转换为数字量后送入单片机采样输出电压,经霍尔电流传感器CSM002A、跟随器OP07后,送入ADS1286,转换为数字量后送入单片机采样负载电流.由软件程序计算功率,并在液晶上显示.通过采样负载电流与总电流的差值实现漏电检测,并进行漏电保护.经测试,系统电压调整率Su≤1%,负载调整率SL≤1%,5.5V ~ 25V输入,输出为5±0.05V.  相似文献

为了智能测量和研究直流稳压电源、蓄电池等电源的负载特性,设计了一台以TI公司的16位超低功耗单片机MSP430F169为中心控制的直流电子负载。外置16位D/A转化芯片ADS1115实时高精度采样电源电压和电流信号,经过单片机程序控制,单片机内置12位D/A转换电路输出一个直流信号并经过运放放大后驱动功率MOS管工作。MOS管作为功率消耗元件,整个电路构成了电压和电流闭环调节系统,可工作于恒压和恒流2种模式。被测电源的输出电压、输出电流和负载调整率可以实时测量并显示在图形液晶显示屏上,电流和电压的测量精度可达(0.02%±0.02%FS)。电子负载人机交互友好,测量精度高,单片机外围电路简单,可靠性高,扩充性好,具有很强的实用价值。  相似文献

为设计并实现具有输出电压调节功能的直流稳压电源,采用STC89C51RC单片机为核心控制器,用输出信号采集调理电路对输出的电压、电流进行实时采样,并将采样值送入控制器处理,然后在数码管上显示当前输出的电压或电流值。通过按键可以自己设定输出电压值,然后由DAC转换电路将设定值转换后由模拟电路输出。系统具有过流保护和报警提示功能。实验结果表明该系统性能稳定可靠,有很好的应用价值。  相似文献

为解决DC-DC变换器的效率和纹波之间矛盾,以LM5117和CSD18532KCS为核心器件,采用同步BUCK拓扑结构,实现降压型DC-DC开关稳压电源设计.该电源重量小于70 g,具有50Ω~13.2 kΩ的负载识别功能;在输入电压为10~16 V时,输出为5 V,且在输出电流大于3.2 A时能自动过流保护,负载调整率为0.2%,电压调整率为0.07%,纹波小于30 m V,效率达94%.测试结果表明,该电源效率高,纹波小,重量轻,应具有广泛的应用前景.  相似文献
