国内运动防治骨质疏松症的研究进展

研究结果表明,骨质疏松多见于绝经期妇女,因此,预防重点应放在中老年女性身上。积极健康的体育运动是防止骨质疏松的有效途径。近年研究取得了很大成果,但是对于防止骨量的大量的丢失和骨质疏松症的发生尚无彻底有效的解决办法。对于骨质疏松症的预防比治疗更具有现实意义。     

运动对骨质疏松的影响

本文综述了运动对骨质疏松的影响。随着世界人口老龄化, 骨质疏松已经成为影响老年人生活质量的重要疾病之一。由于它的高发病率及其所致骨折的高死亡率, 使得各国都在大力支持骨质疏松的研究。研究结果显示骨质疏松的预防较治疗更重要, 适宜运动强度的抗重力性运动可以有效地增加峰值骨量、减缓随年龄增长而发生的骨质疏松。     

骨质疏松症运动疗法的研究现状与展望

本文在整理和分析近十年来中外文献基础上,运用二次文献分析法,重点对骨质疏松症的形成机制、体育运动防治骨质疏松症的一般性机理、运动对骨的影响、骨质疏松运动疗法等问题进行了综述研究。

骨质疏松症已成为世纪范围内广泛流行的疾病，在治疗和预防骨质疏松的方法中，运动疗法以其副作用小，作用时间长而日益受到重视。运动防止骨质丢失的原因是：运动对骨骼产生机械应力，刺激骨细胞，造成DNA合成增加，最终导致胶原蛋白的含量增加，从而增加了骨质水平。多数学者认为；中等或中等以上强度的运动对一般人来说保持骨密度是适宜的。治疗骨质疏松症，应多种方法综合使用，才能达到良好的效果。

骨质疏松症作为一种“隐匿进展的流行病”正日益威胁着人们的生存质量和寿命。在骨质疏松的病因学中 ,运动是骨质疏松症防治方面的一个非常重要的因素。科学的体育锻炼对人的一生的骨密度都有影响。通过对生命过程不同阶段的研究进展作一概述 ,以期对开展健骨运动处方的研究、探讨运动对骨质疏松的防治机理提供研究思路

为深入了解国内运动干预骨质疏松症研究发展现状,采用文献资料、文献计量等方法,基于Cite Space V可视化软件对数据进行文献计量学分析.研究结果发现:"运动-骨密度-骨质疏松"为该领域研究热点主线,干预方式凸显我国传统民族特色,体现体医融合之趋势.

骨质疏松是老年人常见疾病,轻微外伤易导致骨折发生,其并发症可危及生命.但长久以来,不被人们所重视.由于目前缺乏安全有效的根治方法,因此正确的认识、早期预防骨质疏松显得尤为重要.作者在对运动提高骨密度的研究进行综述的基础上,提出了预防骨质疏松要从小抓起,要科学合理地安排运动.

The context of a word consists of the other words surrounding it and the situation in which it is used.When we come across a new word in our reading,instead of looking it up in a dictionary for its definition,we can guess its meaning from its context.
