自制了硅钨钼酸（H4SiW6Mo6O40）/PAn（聚苯胺）催化剂.通过丁醛和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛,探讨了H4SiW6Mo6O40/PAn催化剂对缩醛反应的催化活性,较系统地研究了原料量比,催化剂用量,反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响.实验表明：H4SiW6Mo6O40/PAn是合成丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的良好催化剂,在n（丁醛）∶n（1,2-丙二醇）=1∶1.7,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.0%,环己烷为带水剂,反应时间40 min的优化条件下,丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率可达78.5%     

H4 SiW12 O40／TiO2－SiO2催化合成苯甲醛1，2－丙二醇缩醛

以H4Si W12O40/Ti O2-Si O2为催化剂,用苯甲醛和1,2-丙二醇为原料催化合成了苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛,正交实验法探讨得出的适宜反应条件为:固定苯甲醛用量0.2 mol,苯甲醛与乙二醇的物质的量之比为1.0∶1.6,催化剂用量占反应物料总质量的1.2%,反应时间45 min,带水剂环己烷的用量9 m L.在该反应条件下,苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率可达88.9%.     

硅胶负载硅钨酸催化合成丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛

以硅胶负载硅钨酸为催化剂,通过丁醛与1,2-丙二醇反应合成了丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛.较系统地研究了醛醇量比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量及反应时间等条件对收率的影响.结果表明:在丁醛用量为0.20 mol,n(丁醛)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.3,催化剂用量为0.1 g,环己烷为带水剂用量为4 mL,反应时间30 min的优化条件下,丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率可达82.6%.

以H3PW12O40／TiO2为催化剂催化合成了环己酮1，2-丙二醇缩酮，探讨了H3PW12O40／TiO2对缩酮反应的催化活性，较系统地研究了酮醇物质的量比，催化剂用量，反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响．实验表明：H3PW12O40／TiO2是合成环己酮1，2-丙二醇缩酮的良好催化剂，在n（环己酮）：n（1，2-丙二醇）=1：1．7，催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0．5％，环己烷为带水剂，反应时间1．0h的优化条件下，环己酮1，2-丙二醇缩酮的收率可达83．7％．     

H_6P_2W_(18)O_(62)/SiO_2催化合成环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮

以二氧化硅负载Dawson型磷钨酸H6P2W18O62/SiO2为催化剂,采用环己酮和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮.探讨H6P2W18O62/SiO2对缩酮反应的催化活性,较系统地研究了各种因素对产物收率的影响.实验表明:H6P2W18O62/SiO2是合成环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的良好催化剂,在n(环己酮)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.5,带水剂环己烷6 mL,催化剂用量占反应物料总质量的0.6%,反应时间60 min的优化条件下,环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的收率可达85.4%.

以二氧化硅负载磷钨钼酸(H3PW6Mo6O40/SiO2)为催化剂,用苯甲醛和乙二醇为原料催化合成了苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛,正交实验法探讨得出的适宜反应条件为:固定苯甲醛用量0.2mol,苯甲醛与乙二醇的物质的量之比为1.0∶1.5,催化剂H3PW6Mo6O40/SiO2用量占反应物料总质量的1.0%,反应时间45 min,带水剂环己烷的用量12 mL.在该反应条件下,苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的收率可达79.6%.     

H3 PW12 O40／ZrO2-W O3催化合成乙酸正戊酯

以H3 PW12 O40/ZrO2-WO3为催化剂,以正戊醇和冰乙酸为原料合成乙酸正戊酯．探讨H3 PW12 O40/ZrO2-WO3对酯化反应催化活性的影响．采用正交实验法研究了醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、带水剂环己烷用量、反应时间等因素对实验结果的影响．结果表明：在醇酸摩尔比为1．3∶1,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的1．5％,带水剂环己烷用量为8 mL,反应时间为75 min的优化条件下,乙酸正戊酯的收率达95．4％．     

复合固体酸催化合成苯甲醛1，2-丙二醇缩醛

用苯甲醛和1,2-丙二醇为原料,粉煤灰复合固体酸为催化剂合成了苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛,考察了反应物的投料比,反应时间,带水剂等对缩醛反应的影响。实验表明：较好的合成条件是11（丙二醇）：n（苯甲醛）=1．4：1（苯甲醛0．1mol）,带水剂环己烷用量15ml,回流反应2h,产物收率可达79．3％。
