美国教师教育:从"能力本位"到"标准本位"

美国自20世纪50、60年代以来,由于社会各方面的变化,基础教育发生了几次重大的改革,正是由于基础教育改革的推动,教师教育也相应地进行了改革.其中有两次重大的教育改革,即能力主义的基础教育改革和标准评价运动的基础教育改革,教师教育也由"能力本位"转变到"标准本位"模式.本文主要通过比较这两种教师教育模式,探讨美国教师教育的变革.     

美国大学本位教师教育改革的争议与新动向

近年来,美国各种新兴教师资格证书计划得到了迅速发展,对传统的大学本位教师教育提出了前所未有的严峻挑战。本文从"莱文报告"出发,分析介绍了美国高校教育学院在目标、课程、教职员以及研究等方面所遭遇的整体困境,探讨了困境背后所存在的"教师教育的取向"、"教师教育的质量与数量"以及"教育学院的性质和教师教育研究的重心"三大争议,进而通过归纳有代表性的改革项目的基本特征,阐释了美国大学本位教师教育改革的新动向。     

美国大学本位教师教育的新近变革——“新时代教师计划”(TNE)在大学教育学院的推进

"新时代教师计划"是美国卡内基基金会于21世纪初开始推行的一项大学本位的教师教育改革计划。大学本位教师教育遭受的批评、教改的共识和前期实践的积累推动了本计划的问世。参与改革的院校在该计划的三大原则的指导下,将加强临床教学实践、调整传统师范课程、文理学院参与培养、与中小学开展合作、强化入职环节以及创建证据文化作为改革的重点,其改革成败关系到教师教育能否继续成为大学教育的一部分,值得我们关注。     

新世纪美国教师教育改革政策述评北大核心CSSCI

一直以来,美国政府不断改革教师教育政策,致力于提高学生学业成就。近年来,美国进一步强化教师教育改革政策,出台有关法案、报告和计划。其中,较有代表性的政策文本包括:《转变教学:连接专业责任与学生的学习》、《我们的未来,我们的教师:奥巴马政府教师教育改革与改进计划》、《"RESPECT"计划:构思21世纪的教学职业》和《教师准备改革法案》等。当前,美国教师教育改革政策的主要特点表现为政治驱动、标准本位、合作伙伴和效能导向。     

德国教师教育政策新动向——“卓越教师教育计划”:推行与展望

2012年德国联邦和各州政府磋商实施"卓越教师教育计划"。该计划旨在激励大学教师教育革新,提高教师教育的质量,以及推动教师的州际流动。该计划是德国2000年PISA测验结果公布以来基础教育改革的升华,是继"精英大学"之后又一大教育革新计划。     

构建"生本"教师教育模式的探索

文章在分析了传统的"师本"教师教育模式的基础上,结合基础教育新课程改革对新型教师的要求,提出了,生本"教师教育模式.文章首先对"生本"教师教育模式做了理论阐释,然后结合实践对"生本"教师教育模式进行了时间论证,并具体地介绍了"生本"教师教育模式下的两个子模式--体验式教育模式和研究性学习模式,同时指出,为了贯彻"生本"教师教育模式,必须建立起大学与中小学的合作伙伴关系.

当英国的教师教育（特别是职前教师教育）的质量无法得到保证的时候,作为培养教师的大学教育学院出台了一些项目计划．把教师培养与中小学的实际联系起来．与中小学建立合作伙伴关系以提高职前教师教育质量。文章主要从教师教育改革的背景、大学与中小学合作的改革实践操作和对这种改革的评价等方面介绍英国职前教师教育的改革。     

挪威"优质"教师教育改革政策述评

2001年,为配合基础教育改革,挪威颁布了“优质”教师教育改革政策。在政策制订上,突出了中央管理与地方自治相结合;在政策内容上,既重视教师的知识技能,又强调教师的整体素质;在政策内涵上,重视文化在教师养成中的价值。同时,为进一步促进教师专业发展,提出了教师教育的国际合作计划。     

论研究本位的教师教育理念与实践

教师研究是教师专业发展的重要途径。研究本位的教师教育模式成为当前世界教育变革的主题。研究本位的教师教育旨在培养实践反思型教师,而不是专业的研究者。本文阐释了研究本位的教师教育的内涵、范式及其改革实践。研究本位的教师教育主要包括目标定位、课程开发、教学方法以及大学与中小学合作伙伴的教师教育研究等四个方面的策略。     

美国反思型教师教育的教学策略:评析与启示

美国反思型教师教育思潮将教学看作"反思性实践",并根据是否有利于促进师范生反思来选择教学策略;教师教育界围绕实习、实物分析、案例教学、行动研究、叙述探究五种常用的教学策略开展了大量的实践和研究。这提示我们,教师教育应加强教学策略的研究、更新教学观,并注重开发和利用本土教学策略。     

Competition, economic rationalization, increased surveillance, and attacks on diversity: Neo-liberalism and the transformation of teacher education in the U.S.

This paper discusses recent developments in U.S. teacher education that are tied to the global neo-liberal project. The focus is on how changes experienced throughout the world have played out in the U.S. Three areas are addressed in particular: the commodification of teacher education, hyperrationality and increased accountability, and attacks on multicultural education. The paper closes with a look at the future for teacher education in the U.S.     

教师职前教育改革:来自美国医学教育的启示

从1870年到1920年间美国医学教育的飞速发展为美国医学教育确立了一个基本结构,尽管之后的80年间不断有新的发展,但这一基本结构没有发生根本变化。美国医学的专业地位的确立在很大程度上得益于医学教育的发展。在当前教师专业化进程中,教师教育,特别是教师职前教育的改革首当其冲。美国医学教育的发展给予教师职前教育改革一些有益的启示:重新确立教师职前教育的培养目标;教师培养途径要单一化;明确教学专业的知识基础;严把准入关和产出关;大力加强实践环节。     

Traditions of practice in U.S. preservice teacher education programs

This paper extends work reported previously Liston and Zeichner's (1991) Teacher Education and the Social Conditions of Schooling by discussing how a conceptual framework describing four traditions of practice in U.S. teacher education can be used to understand the approaches to teacher education in individual teacher education programs. It is argued that all preservice teacher education programs in the U.S. represent particular patterns of resonance with all four of the traditions of practice and that no teacher education program can be understood in relation to only one tradition. The conceptions of teaching expertise embedded in the elementary teacher education program at the University of Wisconsin - Madison are discussed to illustrate how the traditions of practice can illuminate the commitments of teacher educators within particular institutions.

In recent years,teacher education,as an important part of educational issues,has attracted governments’attention in the world and made some achievements.Chinese people often say that education is the hope for the revitalization of the nation,and teacher education is the hope for the revitalization of education.Thus,teacher education plays an important role in the devel opment of the whole nation.This essay aims to find out the respective advantages and disadvantages of the teacher education pro grams in China and the America,through the comparison of their specific characteristics.It will also explore what the Chinese teacher education system can benefit from the successful experiences of that in the U.S.     

The idea of a normal university in the 21st century

The establishment of normal colleges and universities is an important component of building a modern country, which possesses different value ethos with the universities. The emergence of the école Normale Supérieure in Paris and the local normal schools has set a new model for teacher education around the world and promoted values and knowledge patterns promoted by them quite distinctive from those of the traditional European university. In order to improve the quality of teacher education, the models of teacher education in the U.S., Japan, U.K., etc., are being continually innovated. China has created the teacher education model different with the U.S., Japan, U.K. and France, which is a contribution to the development of international teacher education.     

国际职前教师教育信息化现状研究

针对职前教师教育信息化,本文首先综合考察了欧美等国的经验做法;并总结分析了我国目前职前教师(师范生)教育发展的主要问题。在此基础上,文章提出推进我国职前教师教育信息化发展的基本策略,并在文未进行了简要总结。     

美国基于合作伙伴的幼儿教师教育改革述评

美国大学与基础学校建构合作伙伴关系的历史悠久。当下,大学与幼儿园建立合作伙伴关系成为美国幼儿教师教育改革的重要策略,其实质是促进幼儿职前教师培养和在职教师的专业发展。美国基于合作伙伴的幼儿教师教育有效模式包括：威斯康辛大学的合作幼儿教师准备计划、莱特州立大学的创新性幼儿课程、哈特福德大学的专业研究共同体、宾西法尼亚大学的教师教育研究团队。近年来,为了提升幼儿教师教育质量,美国不断改进大学与幼儿园的伙伴关系,确保合作伙伴的有效性。     

Multicultural Education for Literacy in the Year 2000: Traversing Comfort Zones and Transforming Knowledge and Action

In this article, I address multicultural issues surrounding literacy at the approach of the new millennium. I begin with a discussion of the roles of societal forces that positively and negatively impact multicultural education in homogeneous enclaves of U.S. society as well as in areas of great diversity. I then proceed through an analysis of current U.S. postures around several educational issues in light of these forces. Finally, I address issues of teacher education and conclude by contextualizing hopes and predictions for multicultural education for literacy in the climate of U.S. society as we approach a new millennium.
