金丝草总黄酮的提取与抗氧化性研究

在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验对超声波辅助提取金丝草总黄酮的工艺条件进行优化.并采用水杨酸法测定其清除羟自由基能力、邻苯三酚自氧化法测定其清除超氧自由基能力和普鲁士蓝法测定还原能力．结果表明,提取金丝草总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为：乙醇浓度50%,料液比1∶35,超声波功率70 W,超声时间35 min,超声温度47℃,总黄酮得率为3.08%.金丝草黄酮提取物对羟自由基和超氧自由基呈现出清除作用,还原能力则随着浓度的增加而增强.     

响应面法优化橙皮总黄酮的微波辅助提取工艺研究

采用响应面法优化橙皮中黄酮类化合物的微波辅助提取工艺.在单因素试验的基础上,选用乙醇体积分数、提取温度、料液比、提取时间和微波功率5个因素,以总黄酮得率为响应值,进行响应曲面分析.结果表明,响应面法优化微波辅助提取橙皮总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为：乙醇浓度为70%,微波温度为60℃,微波功率为500 W,提取时间为5 min,料液比为1∶25（g/m L）,此条件下总黄酮得率达到1.88%,与模型预测值1.85%基本相同.     

超声波提取银叶树树叶中总黄酮的工艺研究

采用超声波辅助提取银叶树树叶中的黄酮类化合物,以提取温度、超声功率、时间及料液比为考察因素,以总黄酮的提取率为指标。在单因素的基础上,采取L9(34)的正交试验设计,结果得到超声波辅助提取银叶树树叶总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度50℃,超声功率为60W,超声时间30min,料液比为1∶80,该工艺条件下总黄酮提取率为9.05%,黄酮含量为37.7%,分别比醇提提高了2.09%和9.4%。以传统的乙醇提取法相比,该工艺提取率明显提高,为银叶树树叶药用成分的开发研究奠定基础。     

超声波法优选黄花倒水莲中总黄酮的工艺研究

为探索黄花倒水莲中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件,采用超声波法对黄花倒水莲中总黄酮的提取工艺进行优化。结果表明:超声波提取黄花倒水莲中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度70%,料液比1:20,超声时间20 min,超声温度80℃,超声功率50 W。该实验确定的最佳提取工艺简便易行,提取量高达3.71 mg·g-1。     

超声波辅助提取葛根总黄酮的工艺研究

以乙醇为提取溶剂,采用超声波辅助提取葛根总黄酮。通过单因素和正交试验研究了乙醇浓度、超声时间和料液比对葛根总黄酮浸出率的影响,确定其最佳提取工艺。结果表明,影响超声波辅助法提取葛根总黄酮因素的顺序为乙醇浓度>料液比>超声时间;最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数35%,超声时间24min,料液比1∶40(g/mL),黄酮浸出率最高,为2.76%。     

沙棘中黄酮类化合物提取及抗氧化活性

目的:优化沙棘中总黄酮提取工艺,明确其抗氧化性能。方法:以沙棘为研究对象,以沙棘黄酮得率为指标值,使用乙醇溶液作为提取剂,采用超声波辅助萃取法,对提取时间(A)、提取温度(B)、乙醇体积分数(V_乙醇/V_总)(C)、料液比(D)进行单因素试验和响应面分析,考察4个因素对总黄酮得率的影响,并对沙棘黄酮的体外抗氧化活性进行检测。结果:在提取时间23 min、提取温度80℃、50%乙醇、料液比1∶20条件下沙棘黄酮得率最高,为2.316 mg/g。各因素对沙棘黄酮得率的影响大小依次为：料液比、乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取温度。体外抗氧化结果表明,沙棘黄酮具有很好的DPPH自由基和羟自由基清除能力,当沙棘黄酮粗提取物质量浓度达到5 mg/mL时,沙棘黄酮对DPPH自由基的清除率达87.5%,对羟自由基的清除率达到了77.7%。结论:沙棘中含有丰富的黄酮类物质,且具有较好的抗氧化性能。     

超声波提取羊耳菊叶总黄酮优化工艺研究

探讨超声波法提取羊耳菊叶总黄酮的主要影响因素,通过L9(34)正交试验,研究了羊耳菊叶中黄酮类化合物提取的最佳工艺.结果表明,各试验因素对羊耳菊叶中黄酮类物质提取量的影响依次为乙醇浓度、提取时间、液料比.超声波法提取羊耳菊叶黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺为:乙醇浓度为70%、液料比为25∶1、超声波提取3h、提取1次.     

资兴柑橘皮总黄酮的提取工艺及其抗氧化性研究

以资兴柑橘皮为原料,通过单因素以及正交试验,对柑橘皮中总黄酮的提取工艺进行探讨,并对其抗氧化性能进行初步研究.实验结果表明,提取柑橘皮总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:提取溶剂为体积分数70%的乙醇溶液、提取时间4.0h、料液比1:40(g/mL)、提取温度75℃,此时柑橘皮总黄酮提取量可达4.411g/100g.而抗氧化试验表明柑橘皮黄酮类化合物可有效地延缓油脂脂质过氧化反应,其抗氧化活性明显优于芦丁和抗坏血酸,说明柑橘皮黄酮类化合物是一种很有潜力的天然、安全、高效的油脂抗氧化剂.     

漳州血柚皮总黄酮超声波辅助提取工艺研究

以漳州血柚皮为原料,采用超声波辅助提取法,以乙醇为提取溶剂提取并测定总黄酮含量,分别对乙醇浓度、超声温度、超声功率、料液比、超声时间进行单因素和正交试验,并通过极差、方差及多重比较对提取过程显著影响提取率的因素进行统计分析.结果表明,固定超声时间为20 min 时,血柚皮超声波提取法的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为55%,超声温度为55℃,超声功率为200 W,料液比为1:20,该工艺条件下血柚皮总黄酮的提取率为1.41%,该工艺提取效率高、提取时间短,操作简单且结果稳定     

响应面法优化三白草总黄酮的微波提取工艺

以单因素试验结果为基础,采用响应曲面分析法优化三白草总黄酮的微波提取工艺.最佳提取工艺条件为:微波功率480 W,液料比46 m L/g,乙醇体积分数70%,提取时间8 min.此条件下总黄酮的提取率为12.33 mg/g,该结果优于文献报道的超声提取法和热回流提取法.
