为了推动高校课堂教学有效应用教育技术,广西高校教育技术协会举办了两届高校教育技术应用大赛,大赛涌现出了一批优秀课例,对这些课例进行评析具有重要意义。该文对首届大赛获奖课例“WebQuest--）~t-于网络的探究性学习”进行了比较全面的评析,并且结合课例就如何转变教师角色、提高课件质量、提高教育技术应用的可持续性进行了探讨。     

合理应用现代教育技术媒体转变大学英语教学观

通过对传统大学英语教学的分析,在长期教学实践的基础上提出了合理应用现代教育技术媒体来涤新大学英语教学观。并打破一味追崇高新技术媒体的认识禁锢,总结出了不同教育技术媒体在大学英语教学中的不同用武之地,即不同媒体在大学英语教学中的"最佳适用点",为今后英语教学中教育技术媒体的高效应用作了有益的尝试,为大学英语教育教学改革奠定了理论基础。

当前高校教师的教育技术能力相对不足,不但影响了教师专业化的发展,同时也影响了教育现代化的进程。如何快速提升高校教师的教育技术能力,是目前急待解决的问题。文章阐述了高校教师教育技术能力培养的内涵、方法与措施,结合暨南大学教师教育技术培训实践,从培训目标和内容的重新设置、培训的模式与评价方式的改革、培训的组织等方面进行探讨,并提出建设性的意见和建议。     

Curriculum Integration: Art, Literature and Technology in Pre-Service Kindergarten Teacher Training

The purpose of this article is to expose early childhood educators, college lecturers, pedagogical advisors, and kindergarten teachers to the exciting possibilities of the use of the integrative curriculum, which combines and integrates various subjects using new technologies, including various elements of Visual Culture. The program consists of college courses that combine the use of technology with artistic expression and children’s literature. This educational program is being used in kindergartens during the pre-service kindergarten teacher training

Educational technology as a key to educational innovation:

Instructional technology, especially the use of computers and the Internet has been lagging behind in the German educational system in comparison to other European countries. When this lack was realized in the second half of the 1990s it had quite a “shock-effect” but one of the healthy kind: Since then numerous public and private initiatives have been started to advance the use of technology in schools, higher education, and in vocational training. At the college and university level, there is a trend towards connecting online and offline courses. Also, it was understood that it is not enough to just provide schools and universities with the technology needed but that the introduction of technology has to be accompanied by profound systemic and structural changes. Thus, there is great hope that the use of technology in education will fuel educational innovations at all levels needed for educating and training pupils and students to act as responsible and media-literate citizens in a modern world.     

运用“干线式”方法优化高校教师教育技术培训

教师教育技术水平已成为制约学校教学水平的重要因素,在政府和学校的支持下,许多高校都有专门的机构负责教育技术培训。然而在培训实施过程中,出现了许多问题,影响了培训质量。文章根据中南大学教育技术培训中心多年的实践经验,总结出应对这些问题的有效办法,即加强培训过程中的"管理三部曲"——组织管理、教学管理以及机房管理,从而有效推进高校教育技术培训和谐持续发展。

Double Visions: Educational Technology in Standards and Assessments for Science and Mathematics

For educational technology integration in content disciplines to succeed, teachers and teacher educators need clear standards delineating why, how, where, and how much educational technology they should include in their teaching. This paper examines the visions offered by current science, mathematics, and educational technology standards for educational technology integration in K-12 schools. Since national assessments exert a profound influence on what teachers and students choose to teach and learn, the vision of educational technology use supported by national assessments is also examined. National Educational Technology Standards for Students: Connecting Curriculum and Technology, ISTE, Eugene, Oregon) provide different visions of educational technology use in the classroom. In addition, the current technology use policies for national assessments in science and mathematics, in particular the college admission tests (ACT, SAT I and SAT II subject area tests), Advanced Placement (AP) course assessments, and the Praxis Series assessments indicate that while mathematics assessments often recommend or require the use of educational technology, few science assessments permit the use of educational technology by students. Recommendations are offered for science educators regarding teacher preparation for the technology-rich classrooms of the future.     

提高形势与政策教育实效性的探讨

本文结合教育教学实际,分析了形势与政策教育的特点和当代大学生的特点,论述了形势与政策教育的内容改革、现代教育技术手段的运用、师资队伍和制度建设等问题,对如何提高高校形势与政策教育的实效性进行了探讨。     

现代教育技术在大学英语网络教学的应用

随着现代教育技术和信息技术的快速发展和普遍应用,网络教学形式已经在高校中应运而生,并贯穿于许多专业的实验教学当中,同时,多媒体技术和网络技术的发展促进了现代教育技术的应用和发展,使之对大学英语教学的影响与日俱增。本文以大学英语实验教学为例,结合高校近五年大学英语教改的实践经验,简要介绍了目前高校现代教育技术环境下大学英语网络与多媒体教学的发展与现状,研究和探索IP组播技术、视听技术、数据挖掘技术等各种现代教育技术的应用,总结经验与不足,以期提高大学英语网络实验教学与测试的质量,使现代教育技术的应用和传统教学手段更好的结合,从而使现代教育技术真正起到对外语教学的促进作用,更好地服务于大学英语网络实验教学。     

Assessing student exposure to and use of computer technologies through an examination of course syllabi

A syllabus analysis instrument was developed to assist program evaluators, administrators and faculty in the identification of skills that students use as they complete their college coursework. While this instrument can be tailored for use with a variety of learning domains, we used it to assess students' use of and exposure to computer technology skills. The reliability and validity of the instrument was examined through an analysis of 88 syllabi from courses within the teacher education program and the core curriculum at a private Midwest US university. Results indicate that the instrument has good inter‐rater reliability and ratings by and interviews with faculty and students provide evidence of construct validity. The use and limitations of the instrument in educational program evaluation are discussed.
