中外科技期刊英文目次编排形式的调查及分析   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
调查了国内外49种自然科学版学术期刊,其英文目次的编排格式多达22种,主要表现在英文题名大小写、字体和作者姓名编排格式的差异.特别是国内科技期刊英文目次编排形式较多,占了17种,国外期刊英文目次编排形式有5种.在分析了国内外科技期刊英文目次编排形式的基础上,推荐了美国现代语言协会(MLA)关于科技期刊英文目次的编排规范.  相似文献

为进一步有效地执行国家标准和规定,提高科技期刊整体质量和工作效率,扩大期刊的影响力,编制并实施科技期刊编排规范(企业标准)是有效手段之一.以《环境工程学报》为例,阐明科技期刊编排规范的编制原则;简明列出期刊编排规范的编制步骤;详细介绍期刊编排规范的基本内容和主要内容.结果表明:期刊编排规范的编制有利于编辑、作者更好地理解和实施国家标准和规范;利于期刊稿件体例格式的统一,提升期刊品牌形象;利于提高期刊编校质量和工作效率;利于增强编辑部团队的凝聚力并提高编辑部的整体水平和实力.科技期刊编排规范的编制和实施为提高期刊整体水平打下了坚实的基础.  相似文献

A comprehensive methodology for selecting the world’s scientific periodicals that are necessary to carry out research on specific natural science and technical directions is given based on the use of citation analysis taking into account both citation indexes of selected publications in specialized journals and their citation of specialized journals. Many scientific publications are careless, useless or false, and inhibit scholarly communication and scientific progress. This is caused by the failure of traditional journal publishing and peer review to provide efficient scientific exchange and quality assurance in today's highly diverse world of science. The most promising way to improve matters is a two‐stage (or multi‐stage) publication processes with interactive peer review and public discussion in new and traditional scientific journals. A concept for such interactive scientific journals is outlined, and its applicability is demonstrated by the open access journal Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics.  相似文献

为全面了解湖北省高校科技期刊网络化的程度,推进科技期刊现代化建设,对湖北省高校主办的92种科技期刊的网络化建设情况进行调查,其中拥有独立网站的期刊有59种。对这些网站的基本建设、期刊数字化、加入集群情况进行统计和对比分析,同时对92种期刊加入大型数据库的情况作了考察。在总结湖北省高校期刊网站存在的问题的基础上,给出了促进网络化建设的建议:注重网站的内容及时效性;采取多样的信息服务方式;加强编辑工作流程网络化。  相似文献

The review of the research of the Open-Access system of journals and its advantages and disadvantages are presented. The bibliometric analysis was carried out for the array of Russian papers published in the journals of the Gold Open Access system and reflected in the SCI-E database for 2008–2017. The results of the analysis of the publication activity showed that, despite the high payments for papers, there was a steady increase in the share of Russian publications in such journals compared to the overall publication activity of Russia: from 7.8% in 2008 to 13.7% in 2017. This is largely due to active international cooperation of Russian organizations with funding agencies from the United States (31%), Germany (29%), and other industrialized countries. Analysis of the array of Gold OA publications in large research areas made it possible to establish a significant difference in its structure compared to the general array of publications in Russia. As an example, the most important scientific field in the world, Research Area Scientific Technologies, was ranked the third in comparison with the ninth rank in the general array.russian scientists widely use high-quality foreign journals of the Gold OA system, which includes one Russian journal, Solid State Physics.  相似文献

We propose a method to identify the journals or proceedings that are most highly esteemed by a research group over some time frame. Using open publication databases, we identify the experts in the community, and analyse their publication pattern, and then use this as a guideline for evaluating scientific outputs of other groups of researchers publishing in the same domain. To illustrate the practicality of our method, we analyse the scientific output of Korean researchers in the security subject domain from 2004 to 2009, and comparing this groups’ output with that of well-known researchers. Our empirical analysis demonstrates that there is a persistent gap between these two research groups’ publications impact over this period, although the absolute number of journal publications greatly increased over recent years.  相似文献

从定量分析的角度对科技论文外流的特点、科技论文外流的文献经济损失构成及深层次原因进行剖析.研究发现:各单位制定的科研评价政策,其主要依据为SCI论文及影响因子.在此科研评价导向的作用下,67.59%的作者选择国外期刊投稿,16.39%选择国内中文刊,仅有0.3%选择国内英文刊,导致国内期刊优秀稿源匮乏.认为端正科研导向、创办具有国际知名的英文刊是抑制优秀稿源外流的主要措施.  相似文献
