高校研究生身心健康的主要影响因素及干预策略研究

采用特尔斐法专家多轮调查,就影响高校研究生身心健康主要因素及其积极性干预策略进行了系统调查研究。影响目前研究生群体身心健康的主要因素：目前研究生群体普遍对自身健康状况满意;研究生群体普遍存在不良的个人生活方式;研究生心理发展尚未真正成熟,自我调节和自我控制能力不太强;研究生群体较少参加体育锻炼。积极干预策略：引导研究生积极参与体育活动,这是促进其身心健康最有效的途径;研究生教育阶段尝试开设体育选修课程;树立“健康第一”的指导思想。     

我国广播电视工作者体育锻炼与休闲活动特征的研究

采用问卷调查法和数理统计法对我国广播电视系统职工进行体育锻炼和休闲活动状况调查。主要结论:参加体育锻炼的目的明确且具有多元化特征;日常生活中大部分职工比较缺乏体育锻炼;体育锻炼的兴趣受外界因素的影响会发生转移;余暇时间比较充裕但是善度余暇的能力不高;休闲活动中体育锻炼所占的比例较低;工作方面的因素是影响体育锻炼和休闲活动的主要客观原因。

老年人太极拳锻炼行为及其对健康的影响

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等,选取江苏省具有代表性的城区(南京、苏州、徐州) 参与太极拳习练的老年群体为调查对象,对其人口学指标、习练行为、健康状况等进行研究,揭示老年人习练太极拳的行为特征及其对健康的影响,发挥太极拳在改善老年人健康、实现健康老龄化中的功能与价值。 ①在习练行为特征上,90.3%的老年人每周习练频次为3次及以上,82.4%的老年人每次习练时长在30min及以上;学习途径和习练方式都以“群体组织”形式为主;习练套路以24式为主;②在健康状况自评上,参与太极拳习练的老年人85.8%对健康状况满意,且练习太极拳对改善老年人健康状况具有“全面性”特征;③在影响习练太极拳老年人健康评价的因素上,教育程度、收入满意度和每次习练时长、习练方式,以及掌握习练要领的数量等因素显著影响参与太极拳习练的老年人对自身健康的评价,且与评价结果具有正相关性。     

陕西省中小学生体质健康现状的分析研究

新体育与健康课程标准的实施,要求加快开发地方体育与健康课程.为开发科学合理的陕西省地方体育与健康课程,本研究采用测试法、文献资料法对陕西中小学生的体质健康状况进行了研究.研究结果表明:陕西省中小学生的体质健康状况主要受自然环境因素、生活水平因素、体育因素的影响,体质健康总体水平偏低.其中男女学生之间、城乡之间存在较大差异.     

我国知识分子健康状况好转诸因素分析

《2001年中国城乡居民参与体育活动调查问卷》结果表明,我国知识分子健康状况比过去有所好转.文章从职业特征、经济收入、生活方式、情绪特征、健康意识、健康投资等方面入手,对我国知识分子健康状况好转的情况进行了分析,为今后进一步改善和提高知识分子的健康水平提供依据.

青少年体质健康状况受多种因素影响,体育活动是提高青少年体质健康的关键因素,而青少年体育活动的开展离不开青少年对自身体质健康的需求。研究结果表明,天津市大学生参加体育活动的主要目的是增强体力和健身、休闲娱乐、减肥健美;天津市大学生对体育场地设施的满意程度较低;互联网、电视、报刊杂志以及体育课是大学生获得体质健康信息的主要途径;大学生希望获得体质健康方面指导的内容主要是健身方法、营养知识和健康生活方式指导。
