校企合作培养人工宝石国际电子商贸人才的思考

随着梧州人工宝石产业的发展,企业利用阿里巴巴等电子商务平台开展宝石外贸的业务不断增加,出现了国际电子商贸人才紧缺的问题。文章提出通过加强梧州人工宝石网商商会与本地院校之间的合作,培养企业紧缺的电子商贸人才,从而实现企业贸易发展、高校办出特色的双赢目标。

人工宝石是梧州市的重要支柱产业之一.传统上,人工宝石材料主要应用在穿戴饰品中.因传统习惯及工艺技术长期受到旧生产方式的制约与束缚,人工宝石饰品的发展由兴旺走向低谷,最终导致今天停滞不前的局面,同时也使宝石材料的开发利用走到了它的历史尽头.该文作者通过对其材料特性的重新审视,站在一个全新角度对材料的使用探索出一个新方向,拓展新的使用领域.作者在分析梧州当前人工宝石饰品现状的基础上,反思习惯与制约的影响.通过探究艺术的"想像"以及对创作材料的选择与思考,提出人工宝石饰品"瑕疵"的再定义,以及"瑕疵"在艺术创作中向审美对象的转化.     

对中国与英国产业集群竞争力的几点思考

英国的产业集群具有很强的国际竞争力。本文从集群内部的竞争与合作、集群抗风险能力、持续创新与集群稳定性的关系等方面对中国产业集群与英国产业集群的竞争力进行了比较分析,得出了我国产业集群尚处于相对初步发展阶段,在国际商业环境下竞争力不高的结论。借鉴英国产业集群发展的成功和失败的经验,对提升我国产业集群竞争力与改善发展集群经济有重要意义。     

梧州学院

梧州学院是一所多科性的地方全日制普通高等本科院校,其前身是原广西大学梧州分校,创立于1985年。2006年2月经教育部批准,在广西大学梧州分校的基础上成立梧州学院。学院位于素有千年古城、百年商埠、世界人工宝石之都美称的梧州市桂江西畔,校园依山傍水、景色宜人。学院现有11个教学系(部),开设有工商管理等28个本科专业(38个本科专业方向),商务英语等

会展业与旅游业在行业特征上存在较大的相关性,存在相互促进、相互渗透的互动关系。梧州国际宝石节虽已成功举办十届,但与梧州的旅游业的互动发展尚处于起步阶段。在对梧州会展业与旅游业互动发展的基础性及模式分析上,提出两产业互动发展在政府、行业协会、企业等方面应采取的措施。

产业集群通过提升产业本身的竞争力来促进区域经济竞争力的提升.利用2010年陕西省11个地市旅游产业的数据,采用因子分析方法对陕西省各地市旅游产业集群程度和区域经济竞争力分别进行综合评价和排名,得到如下结论:除榆林市外,其它地区的旅游产业集群程度与区域经济竞争力之间存在明显的正相关性,说明旅游产业集群的发展能够促进区域经济竞争力的提升,区域经济的发展反过来能够推动旅游产业集群的发展.
