高校信息素质教育的分析与实证研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
探讨高校信息素质教育的内涵,并通过分析得出影响高校信息素质教育的两大因素:学习动力和教学环境。以我国普通高校为实证研究对象,通过问卷调查和网上调查所得数据,分析我国高校信息素质教育建设现状,在此基础上提出高校信息素质教育面临的一些问题和解决的办法。
Abstract:
The connotation of university information literacy education is discussed.Through analysis,two major factors affecting the university information literacy education are educed:learning motivation and teaching environment.Taking the regular universities in China as the object of empirical study,this paper analyzes the current situation of university information literacy education in China based on the data obtained through questionnaire survey and online survey.On this basis,the paper points out some problems confronted by university information literacy education in China and provides some solutions.  相似文献

针对个性化信息服务能力评价中的不确定性问题,基于证据理论建立了个性化信息服务能力评价指标体系和个性化信息服务能力评价模型,并给出了具体算法,通过实证分析计算,不仅验证了该方法能较好地解决评价过程中所遇到的不确定性问题,也证明了该方法的有效性和可行性。
Abstract:
In view of the uncertainty problems in personalized information service capability evaluation,this article develops a personalized information service capability evaluation indicator system and a personalized information service capability evaluation model based on theory of evidence. The article gives the concrete algorithm. The empirical analysis and calculation show that this method can not only resolve the uncertainty problems in the evaluation process,but also testify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.  相似文献

随着社会信息化的推进,数字鸿沟问题日益凸显,严重影响了和谐社会的构建,要想从根本上弥合数字鸿沟就必须剖析其本质。数字鸿沟本质上是由技术、经济、知识和社会4个层面构成的综合性的差距。在技术层面上,它反映了不同主体在接入新兴信息技术方面存在的差距,是新兴信息技术普及过程中出现的"技术鸿沟";在经济层面上,它反映了国际国内经济不平等和贫富差距在信息时代的延续,是信息时代经济发展进程中出现的"经济鸿沟";在知识层面上,它反映了不同群体使用新兴信息技术获取和利用信息资源方面的差距,是信息主体获取和利用信息资源过程中出现的"知识鸿沟";在社会层面上,它反映了信息社会的阶层分化和社会分化现象,是信息社会不平等导致的"社会鸿沟"。
Abstract:
With the development of social informatization,the digital divide problem figures increasingly prominently and affects the construction of the harmonious society seriously.In order to close the digital divide fundamentally,it's necessary to anatomize its essence.Digital divide is essentially a comprehensive gap which consists of factors in the technical,economic,knowledge and social aspects.In technical aspect,it reflects the differences among different agents to get access to new information technologies,and it's the "technological gap" which appears in the popularization process of new information technologies.In economic aspect,it reflects the international and domestic economic inequality and the continuation of polarization of poor and rich in the information age,and it's the "economic gap" which appears in the economic development process in the information age.In knowledge aspect,it reflects the differences among different groups to use new information technologies to obtain and utilize information resources,and is the "knowledge gap" which appears in the information resources acquisition and utilization process by information agents.In social aspect,it reflects the stratum differentiation and social differentiation in the information society,and is the "social gap" caused by the inequality of the information society.  相似文献

通过与美国威斯康辛州《信息与技术素质》课程标准对比分析,发现我国普通高中信息技术课程标准尽管把信息素质作为课程目标,但标准内容严重侧重于信息技术,对信息素质的解析既不完整又不充分。结合我国国情,建议采取三大措施扭转这种局面:加强合作,建立基于全面信息素质观的课程标准和评价标准;普及大学生特别是师范生信息素质教育;研究并开发全国性网络化信息素质教育与评价系统。  相似文献

[目的/意义]通过共词分析和聚类分析研究国外2017年信息科学与图书馆学领域的研究热点。[方法/过程]首先从Web of Science收集数据;然后利用HistCite统计关键词频次,确定高频关键词;最后利用VOSviewer对原始数据进行处理,最终得到9个聚类。[结果/结论]研究发现,国外信息科学与图书馆学的研究主题可以归纳为以下9个方面:图书馆管理与服务、用户研究和信息素养;社交媒体、电子商务、电子政务、智慧城市、信息技术和信息安全;文献计量学、科学计量学和替代计量学;开放数据、数据分析、数据质量和数据挖掘等;开放存取、数字人文、数字图书馆和信息检索等;医疗健康信息学;知识管理与开放创新等;公共信息、信息分享、社交网络和政治交流;图书馆情报学教育。  相似文献

Social informatics is the body of research that examines the design, uses, and consequences of information and communication technologies in ways that take into account their interaction with institutional and cultural contexts. This article serves as a brief introduction to social informatics. Examples such as computer networks, scientific communication via electronic journals, and public access to the Internet are used to illustrate key ideas from social informatics research. Some of the key themes include the importance of social contexts and work processes, sociotechnical networks, public access to information, and social infrastructure for computing support. The research field of crisis informatics examines, amongst others, the potentials and barriers of social media use during disasters and emergencies. Social media allow emergency services to receive valuable information (e.g., eyewitness reports, pictures, or videos) from social media. However, the vast amount of data generated during large-scale incidents can lead to issue of information overload. Research indicates that supervised machine learning techniques are suitable for identifying relevant messages and filter out irrelevant messages, thus mitigating information overload. Still, they require a considerable amount of labeled data, clear criteria for relevance classification, a usable interface to facilitate the labeling process and a mechanism to rapidly deploy retrained classifiers. To overcome these issues, we present (1) a system for social media monitoring, analysis and relevance classification, (2) abstract and precise criteria for relevance classification in social media during disasters and emergencies, (3) the evaluation of a well-performing Random Forest algorithm for relevance classification incorporating metadata from social media into a batch learning approach (e.g., 91.28%/89.19% accuracy, 98.3%/89.6% precision and 80.4%/87.5% recall with a fast training time with feature subset selection on the European floods/BASF SE incident datasets), as well as (4) an approach and preliminary evaluation for relevance classification including active, incremental and online learning to reduce the amount of required labeled data and to correct misclassifications of the algorithm by feedback classification. Using the latter approach, we achieved a well-performing classifier based on the European floods dataset by only requiring a quarter of labeled data compared to the traditional batch learning approach. Despite a lesser effect on the BASF SE incident dataset, still a substantial improvement could be determined.  相似文献

我国高校学生信息素质综合水平评价指标体系研究   总被引:18,自引:0,他引:18  
首先探讨了信息素质的内涵和评价要素,以及建立我国高校学生信息素质综合水平评价指标体系的思路、原则和方法,并在此基础上建立了相应的评价指标体系。然后利用该评价指标体系对我国41所高校1036名学生的调查问卷数据进行了评价和分析。评价结果表明,目前我国高校学生总体信息素质综合水平为中等,信息意识相对较好,而信息观念与信息伦理一般,信息能力相对较差。评价结果还表明,我国高校学生信息素质综合水平与学生年龄和受教育水平有明显相关性,与高中时是否学习过如何利用图书馆也有一定联系。发达地区与不发达地区高校学生的信息素质综合水平有显著差异。评价过程显示,本论文建立的高校学生信息素质综合水平评价指标体系基本适用,可操作性较强,有一定创新性。  相似文献
