高职生就业心理健康调查研究

本文旨在研究高职毕业班学生就业心理健康状况,探索影响高职毕业班学生心理健康问题的主要因素。主要采用SCL-90对289名高职毕业班学生进行心理测试并个别访谈,发现高职毕业班学生就业心理健康检出率为28,76％,高于非毕业班学生在校期间的平均心理障碍率,可见当前高职生就业心理健康水平不容乐观,必须积极做好高职生就业心理辅导工作,构建系统的高职生就业心理健康教育模式和良好的就业心理培养机制。
