枇杷种子保湿贮藏的研究

枇杷（ＥｒｉｏｂｏｔｒｙａｊａｐｏｎｉｃａＬ．）种子对脱水敏感,但采用保湿贮藏的方法可有效地延长种子的保存寿命．枇杷种子在贮藏中劣变速度与贮藏温度和种子含水量密切相关．实验证明,１５℃的贮藏温度和５１％左右的含水量对枇杷种子的保湿贮藏是较合适的     

层积处理对三叶木通种子萌发的影响

以三叶木通种子为研究对象，研究层积处理对种子萌发的影响。结果表明：三叶木通种子具有显著的休眠特性。随着层积时间的延长，5℃恒温层积处理和23℃恒温层积处理三叶木通的种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均呈现先增加后降低的趋势，5/30℃变温层积处理的种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数呈现逐渐降低的趋势。层积时间50 d,5℃层积处理下的三叶木通种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均最大，分别为92.22%、72.22%和0.92，根长≥2cm的比例达到50%。5℃恒温沙藏50 d是解除三叶木通种子休眠，提高种子生活力，促进种子发芽的最佳处理。     

荔枝和龙眼种子的脱水劣变与超微结构研究

在自然脱水过程中，荔枝和龙眼种子的发芽率随含水量下降而降低．至８ｄ后两者完全丧失发芽力，但含水量仍在１８％左右．其间胚轴细胞结构发生显著变化，首先是质壁分离及细胞内部液泡化；当种子丧失生活力时，质膜、液泡膜破裂，细胞器逐步难以辩认．种子浸泡液的紫外吸收值变化与超微结构观察一致．胚轴束缚水较自由水含量高，脱水时自由水很快失去，随后束缚水减少．种子在含水量相对较高时，细胞结构即受损伤，这与种子的顽拗性有关     

不同脱水方法对苦瓜种子活力影响的研究

成熟的苦瓜种子含水量较高，对脱水的反应既有别于正常性种子，又不同于顽拗性种子．室温下应用不同的方法脱水，虽然脱水速度不同，但都有利于苦瓜种于萌发．当含水量在6％以上时．随含水量降低，种子发芽率，发芽势和活力指数显著提高；超氧物歧化酶（SOD）的活性略有降低，脂氧合酶（LOX）的活性和丙二醛（MDA）含量缓慢上升．当含水量低于6％时，种子发芽率和活力指数下降．SOD活性迅速降低，LOX活性和MDA含量明显增加．温度较高的日晒脱水可显著降低苦瓜种子的发芽率和活力指数．使种子很快死亡；并显著降低SOD和LOX的活性．MDA含量增加明显．室温脱水和6％～9％的含水量有利于苦瓜种子的萌发和活力保持．     

不同处理方法对野生大豆种子萌发的影响

采用低温冷冻和浓硫酸处理研究其对野生大豆种子发芽的影响。-6--10℃低温冷冻处理野生大豆种子1，3，5，7，9d可以一定程度的提高种子的发芽率。用体积分数为0.98的浓硫酸处理野生大豆种子2，4，6，8，10，20，30，40，50，60，70，80，90，100min，结果表明，经8-10min的浓矿石处理对提高野生大豆种子的发芽率有明显的促进作用，发芽率可高达98％。     

低温对法国梧桐种子萌发的影响

以法国梧桐(Londinensi planum ligna)种子作为材料,采用发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数等生理指标研究低温处理不同天数对已经经过低温预处理的法国梧桐种子萌发的影响.结果表明:经过低温预处理的法国梧桐种子在室温条件下萌发率较低,发芽率为27%,重复低温(5℃)处理后在室温条件下的萌发率更低,处理1 d的发芽率为14%,处理5 d的发芽率为13%,处理10 d的发芽率仅为8%.同时发芽势、发芽指数在此条件下也相对较低.低温对将要萌发的法国梧桐种子能产生明显的抑制作用.     

不同沙藏时间和发芽床对祖师麻原植物黄瑞香种子萌发的影响

研究不同沙藏时间、发芽床对黄瑞香种子萌发的影响,为黄瑞香驯化栽培提供理论依据.采用完全随机设计,在5-10℃低温条件下分别沙藏20d、35d、50d、65d、80d、95d,沙藏后用穴盘进行发芽试验;选用平纸床、皱纸床、沙床、穴盘四种不同的发芽床,在200μL.L-1GA3和25μL.L-16-BA混合液中浸种16h后进行发芽试验.结果表明:低温沙藏80d发芽率最高为20.47%,20d最低为0%;平纸床的发芽率最高为7.8%;沙床中的发芽率最低为0%.     

铅处理对抗癌植物鳢肠种子萌发的影响

以鳢肠种子为材料,用不同浓度的醋酸铅[Pb(CH3COO)2-3H2O]溶液对其进行萌发处理.结果表明:不同浓度的醋酸铅对鳢肠种子萌发有不同程度的影响,浓度为50 mg/L处理的种子发芽率、发芽指数稍高于对照组(CK);浓度超过200 mg/L时,种子的发芽率明显下降,且随铅浓度的升高其发芽势、发芽指数和子叶完全张开数均呈明显下降趋势.     

野生地肤种子发芽特性的研究

为探究野生地肤的发芽特性，本试验对其休眠期、浸种时间、催芽温度等多项指标进行了测定。结果表明：野生地肤的休眠期为一个月左右，属于休眠期短的种子类型；浸种时间和催芽温度最佳处理组合为4h、20℃；在温度20℃、浸种4h的条件下，泠藏的野生地肤种子发芽率没有变化，但是发芽势增加，常温下贮藏发芽率、发芽势都有所增加；三种不同果皮颜色类型的种子的发芽率、发芽势以褐色为最好，其次是红色的，最差的是绿色的种子。     

不同成熟度及不同处理方式对百香果种子萌发特性的影响

通过研究成熟度、GA3、覆土厚度、温度和基质等条件对百香果种子萌发的影响,探讨其萌发特性。结果表明,生理成熟期的百香果种子发芽率最高;生理成熟期和近商品成熟期的种子先浸泡GA3溶液再播种会降低发芽率,而商品成熟期的种子经GA3溶液处理后可提高发芽率:覆土厚度控制在2.0 cm左右时发芽率和种苗成活率最高,发芽畸形率最低:种子在40℃环境下发芽率最高、发芽速度最快;基质以白水苔泥炭:珍珠岩为4:1的配制最适宜百香果种子发芽,可得到较高的发芽率和最低的发芽畸形率。研究结果为百香果高效高产栽培提供了科学依据和技术支持.
