基于绩效技术的高校教师教学水平评价系统方法研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
本文在全面分析当前教师教学水平评价中存在的问题及其产生原因的基础上,借鉴绩效技术和系统思想方法,提出一种基于绩效技术的评价方法-教师教学水平TTF系统评价方法。该方法要求评价工作的组织、策划者全面理解评价方法的内涵,正确地把握整体方案,制定科学的评价指标体系,严格控制评价过程,科学地处理原始分数,合理地应用评价结果,有目的地引导教师提高教学水平。  相似文献

教师教学评价对于提升教师教学能力与专业水平有着重要影响,评价环境的复杂化要求教师更加注重数字技术在评价过程中的应用。受传统教学评价的惯性影响,当前教学评价的形式、方法以及标准都存在一定缺陷,未充分实现教师教学效能和学生综合素质的提升。在多样化数字技术的支撑下,教育数据挖掘与分析系统支持教师开展个性化评价,智能技术助推智慧教学环境的综合评价,教育元宇宙优化教师教学过程评价。为进一步彰显教育数字技术对教师教学评价的支持效应,提出应用智适应学习系统开展针对性教学评估,整合多样化智能技术工具提升教师评价素养,利用教育元宇宙变革教学实践过程评价等建议。  相似文献

传统的课程教学评价指标忽略了学生考试成绩也能在一定程度上客观反映教师的教学水平,特别是同类课程不同教师的教学效果,由此,文章提出了一个结合学生考试统计数据的新的课程教学评价指标体系和指标计算方法,并以该指标体系为核心,利用计算机技术、网络技术和数据库技术,开发了一个基于浏览器/服务器体系结构的课程教学评价系统,该系统的功能主要由三部分构成:通过网络实现学生对教师课程教学的评价及数据收集;通过网络实现对学生的在线考试及相关数据的统计;最后,将两者结合实现课程教学的综合评价。从实际运行比较结果来看,该评价系统能够对于任课教师的课程教学质量给出合理的评价结果。  相似文献

In what follows, we develop a conceptual argument for expanding current visions of performance assessment to include the following three ideals: that performance/assessment addresses the value‐laden decisions about what and whose science is learned and assessed and include multiple worldviews, that performance/assessment in science simultaneously emerges in response to local needs, and that the performance/assessment is a method as well as an ongoing search for method. To make this argument, we draw together ideas raised by critical, feminist and multicultural science educators to describe an inclusive science education, one we refer to as critical science education, to raise questions about the nature and purpose of performance assessment in science education. We are particularly interested in how the science of assessment is challenged and transformed within a critical science education perspective and the conditions needed to create an equitable and inclusive practice of science and science assessment across diversity. In this study, a Beliefs About Teaching (BAT) scale was created to examine preservice elementary science teachers’ self-reported comfort level with both traditional and reform-based teaching methods, assessment techniques, classroom management techniques, and science content. Participants included 166 preservice teachers from three different US universities. Analyses revealed significant correlations among participants’ confidence level with assessment techniques, classroom management, teaching methods, and science content and number of science methods and science content courses taken. A significant difference was observed among the students enrolled at each university. Overall, study participants felt more comfortable teaching biology concepts than teaching chemistry concepts, physics concepts, or both.  相似文献

In England, students obtain General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) qualifications, typically at age 16. Certain GCSEs are tiered; students take either higher‐level (higher tier) or lower‐level (foundation tier) exams, which may have different educational, career and psychological consequences. In particular, foundation tier entry, if inappropriate, risks capping students' achievement because of the restricted range of attainable grades and reduced learning that may occur. Tiering decisions may be affected by other aspects of the education system in which they take place, such as by the timing of assessment. The move to linear assessment in 2012 provided a unique opportunity to compare tiering decisions for the same GCSE specifications when taken in a linear system, where students are exclusively assessed at the end of the course, with tiering decisions in a modular system, where students are assessed at different time points. Multilevel logistic regression was used to examine students' likelihood of being entered for the foundation tiers of GCSEs in science, language and mathematics in two exam sessions: June 2013, which allowed modular assessment, and June 2014, which required linear assessment. The analyses also investigated whether these effects depended on student characteristics. Results showed that foundation tier entry was less likely in the linear than modular system for GCSEs in science and languages, but more likely for one mathematics GCSE. This pattern contrasts with concerns that linear assessment may encourage general risk‐aversion, and instead indicates that effects on tiering decisions are more complicated, varying by subject and student factors.  相似文献

This article describes the interplay of goals, teacher development, and assessment in the context of a yearlong research and development project. The aim of the project was to integrate the teaching of science, reading, and writing processes in a conceptually based, constructivist curriculum for middle school students who read below grade level. A performance-based assessment was designed and implemented to determine the level of student awareness and control over the processes taught during a unit of instruction. Interviews with science teachers and supervisors revealed the important interaction of curricular goals, the performance assessment, and instructional practice.  相似文献

The Educational Testing Service/University of Delaware Science Education project has addressed the challenge of promoting systemic change in science education through the use of instructional assessments. Instructional assessments integrate performance-based assessments with curriculum and instruction at the classroom level.
