高技能人才师资培训等5个项目将实施 劳动保障部将实施“高技能人才师资培训项目”、“高技能人才培养教材精品建设项目”，“促进高技能人才培养创新项目”、”高技能人才远程培训项目”、“高技能人才实训装备标准化建设项目”。劳动保障部在有关通知中强调，要依托全国劳动力市场网络系统，建立完善国家、省、市三级高技能人才信息交流平台，定期发布高技能人才供求信息，开设高技能人才交流专区，建立高技能成果信息库，大力推广和应用高技能人才绝招绝技和技术创新成果。

职教师资是我国培养高技能人才的主力军,是职业教育教学工作的践行者。职教师资的职业能力将直接影响高技能人才的培养质量。文章通过分析目前职教师资职前职业能力培养中的普遍问题,提出了运用项目、案例教学法的产训结合的教学新模式,配合使用质量监控、过程考核的新举措,能够为职教师资职前职业能力的培养提供一套较为合理、行之有效的指导方案。

对高技能人才培养的几点看法

一、夯实高技能人才培养的基础——加强教师队伍的建设师资不足是当前院校在培养高技能人才工作中一个难点,表现在:一是质量较差,既懂理论又有相当操作水平的“双师型”教师短缺;二是既懂教学又具研发能力,能够跟踪技术进步进行课程开发的专业带头人严重短缺;三是原适应中级技能人才培养需要的教师素质水平,不能完全适应高技能人才培养目标的需要。因此,加强教师队伍建设,提高教师队伍整体素质水平,成为我校在开展培养高技能人才工作中必须解决的课题。二、高技能人才的培养走校企合作、产教结合的路高技能人才培养实行产教结合必须实行校企…

全国人才工作会议首次将高技能人才纳入国家“人才强国战略”规划，体现了对高技能人才培养的高度重视。为加快高技能人才的培养，劳动保障部在高技能人才培养方面进行了许多突破性的探索，就此，本刊记者采访了劳动保障部培训就业司副司长刘康。     

"中国制造"与高技能人才的培养
