基于“碳达峰”视角的焦作生态农业发展路径分析

近年来,焦作农业虽然稳中向好,粮食产量持续提升,但受农业的弱质性、土地的占有量、资源的有限性等多种因素制约,焦作农业发展过程中还存在生态环境保护不够、科技推广与应用水平低、农村劳动力受教育程度不高等突出问题。在当前我国积极推动布局碳达峰工作的背景下,焦作应如何抓住机遇,加快发展高效生态农业,推动农业绿色低碳发展,提高生态系统碳汇能力,有效发挥森林、土壤、农业的固碳作用,实现碳达峰目标,成为当下焦作社会各界面临的一个重要课题。以“碳达峰”为背景,以焦作生态农业发展路径为研究对象,从加强农业人才队伍建设、发挥焦作旅游资源优势、推进生态农业产业化及大力推广循环经济发展模式等方面提出了“碳达峰”背景下推进焦作生态农业发展的路径选择及建议。

山东省低碳农业技术支撑体系构建与应用研究

发展低碳农业是当前应对气候变化、缓解资源能源约束的现代化农业发展方式,而构建一个完善的低碳农业技术支撑体系,则是实现低碳农业持续高效发展的重要路径。本研究在分析山东省低碳农业技术创新需求与创新路径的基础上,构建了全面的山东省低碳农业技术支撑体系,包括逐步建立健全低碳农业技术创新体系、技术推广体系、技术保障体系与技术服务体系,旨在通过各子系统之间的协同作用增强低碳农业的技术支撑能力,并进一步提出了山东省低碳农业技术支撑体系的应用建议。研究成果有利于推动山东省低碳农业技术提升、进而促进山东省低碳农业与低碳经济的持续高效发展。     

低碳经济语境下对湖南农业发展方式转变的思考

文章从两型社会建设和低碳经济为出发点,对当前农业经济发展中存在的问题进行了剖析,并以湖南低碳经济和两型社会为背景,提出转变农业发展方式转变的路径.     

鄱阳湖生态经济区农村中学本土化改革的思考

鄱阳湖生态经济区大部分地区是农村,是江西省水稻、棉花、油菜和淡水产品等的主产区。要实现《鄱阳湖生态经济区规划》中坚持用现代手段装备农业,用现代科技改造农业,用现代经营形式发展农业,巩固和加强粮食主产区的地位,大力发展高产、优质、高效、生态、安全的现代农业的农村建设目标,除了引进人才之外,还必须要通过农村中学在提高学生文化素质的基础上,加强对农村中学教育本土化的改革来培养农村建设人才。否则,发展鄱阳湖生态经济区农村高效生态农业就会成为一句空话。     

农业低碳化发展的阻碍与转型发展路径研究

21世纪以来,经济社会的高速发展给资源、环境造成巨大压力,出现了能源短缺、全球变暖等问题。转变高污染、高耗能的传统农业生产经营模式,对于持续推进低碳经济、促进农业结构转型、科学践行大食物观具有重要意义。作为农业大国,中国在推动农业低碳化转型发展的过程中存在农业主要劳动力文化素质偏低、现代技术水平与投入有限、农业低碳化内生动力不足等问题,对农业低碳化发展造成阻碍。因此,基于低碳经济视角,政府及相关部门需要积极宣传农业低碳化发展的重要性,鼓励农村不断创新现代农业低碳技术体系,构建农业低碳产业链,以推动农业向低碳化快速转型。     

低碳经济背景下河南省产业结构优化研究

要实现经济的可持续发展必须发展低碳经济,而产业结构的优化是实现低碳经济的重要保障。利用2000-2012年河南统计年鉴的相关数据,对河南省三次产业的碳排放现状进行了分析。结果表明：河南省第二产业碳排放量最大,其中工业是主要的碳排放部门,第一产业碳排放量最低。针对河南省三次产业能源消耗和碳排放特点,提出了发展低碳农业、加快现代服务业发展、树立低碳理念,推动第二产业优化升级、重视低碳技术研发等对策。     

论生态农业产业化

我国农业生产经营还很落后,改变这一状况的现实出路就是要建设生态农业、实施产业化经营,走"特色-优质-高产-高效-低耗-可持续发展"的生态农业产业化发展之路.笔者分析了生态农业产业化的特点与优势,提出了生态农业产业化发展的对策措施.     

论我国农业可持续发展模式的战略选择

可持续农业是21世纪世界农业生产的主要模式。本文通过对美国、日本、印度等国农业可持续发展模式的剖析、以及我国农业可持续发展面临的主要问题的分析，指出我国应选择集约、高效的现代可持续生态农业发展模式，并提出了三种具体的农业可持续发展模式，即中国式生态农业模式、集约型可持续农业模式和高技术农业模式。这三种模式是具有中国特色的农业可持续发展模式。
