英汉海事术语的明喻与隐喻方式

为研究有比喻意义的海事术语,以西方语言学中的比喻理论为分类方法,以《标准航海通信用语》,《航海科技名词》,中英文两种版本的航海、轮机、海事法规等专业书籍为语库,从中提取出有比喻含义的英语、汉语术语并进行归类.对典型术语的明喻与隐喻特征进行剖析, 特别是将一些相同术语从英语到汉语的比喻保留或转变进行了分析.通过比较与分析得出海事英语术语和海事汉语术语的明喻和隐喻规律及其从英语传播到汉语中的变化规律.该研究可为从事海事英语研究、海事文献翻译、VTS和搜救等工作的人员提供理解这类比喻类词汇的方法和理论依据.     

基于语言正迁移理论大学英语与海事英语语法教学的有效衔接

本文首先分析了目前海事英语的研究现状,发现缺乏大学英语与海事英语的语法衔接研究。因此本文X拟以语言正迁移理论为基础,试图找到大学英语与海事英语在时态、语态、从句以及各类代词等诸多方面的共同点,提出加强大学英语教师与海事英语专业教师之间的合作,同时尽量避免负迁移的发生,顺利实现大学英语到海事英语的过渡。     

基于粗糙集的海事事故影响因素分析

为定量分析海事事故的影响因素,从最新国内外168份海事事故报告中选择100份事故报告作为研究样本,运用粗糙集理论从人、船、环境的角度研究事故类型、事故发生时间、船旗国、吨位、船型、船龄、气象、人为因素等与事故等级之间的重要性隶属度关系.该方法可挖掘船舶海事事故中人、船及环境因素的深层次影响及关联程度,所得结论具有一定的普遍性,可克服主观影响,为海事监管部门和航运企业避免海事事故的发生提供参考,对提高航运安全管理、减少海事事故的发生具有重要作用.     

新形势下舟山航运服务业发展探析

在舟山群岛新区的港航"十二五"规划中,将发展现代航运业作为新的区域经济增长点。但现代航运业的发展壮大离不开航运服务业的培育和成熟。该文分析了目前舟山在发展航运服务中存在的主要问题。并提出要发展好舟山的航运服务业,应该加强建设港口集疏运网络、航运服务园区、人才培养,及发展高附加值海事服务产业。

为提升海事信息服务质量和效率,研究将Google Earth技术应用于海事信息领域的方法.该研究运用信息融合技术对多源海事信息进行数据融合处理;通过建立面向对象的时空数据模型对多源海事信息实施有效的分类管理;基于开放式KML数据标准,构建Google Earth环境中多源海事信息发布方法和框架;实现以接近真实视觉的三维可视化形式在Google Earth上发布各类海事信息.该方法对增强和定制Google Earth在海事中的功能和应用具有很好的参考价值.

为全面地反映我国海事英语研究的现状,对中国知网中搜集的784篇研究样本进行归类和分析,发现我国海事英语的研究与我国高职教育的发展以及专门用途英语(English for Specific Purpose,ESP)教学理论和实践的研究基本同步,然而仍存在研究失衡、无序和相对滞后等问题.希望借此引起广大同人的关注、思考和争鸣,使海事英语的研究逐步有序化和规范化.
