In accordance with the opportunities and challenges confronted by the basic-level scientific and technical information in the information integration environment, this article points out that the primary task of the basic-level scientific and technical information organization is to control information communication effectively and make the best use of information.

The article first gives a review of the latest development in the application of the thesauri in the network environment, then points out the problems which need extra attention in the development of Internet thesauri. It also ana-lyzes how China is developing Internet theasuri, and points out that if we can solve the problems of the electronic thesauri,they will play a more important role in information organization and retrieval.

个性化信息服务能力评价的证据理论模型及实证研究

针对个性化信息服务能力评价中的不确定性问题,基于证据理论建立了个性化信息服务能力评价指标体系和个性化信息服务能力评价模型,并给出了具体算法,通过实证分析计算,不仅验证了该方法能较好地解决评价过程中所遇到的不确定性问题,也证明了该方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract：

In view of the uncertainty problems in personalized information service capability evaluation,this article develops a personalized information service capability evaluation indicator system and a personalized information service capability evaluation model based on theory of evidence. The article gives the concrete algorithm. The empirical analysis and calculation show that this method can not only resolve the uncertainty problems in the evaluation process,but also testify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.     

Web2.0信息半衰期影响因素实证研究——以社会书签网站为例

Web2.0信息半衰期测度和影响因素研究是网络信息老化研究的重要内容之一。本文在对国内外网络信息老化研究回顾的基础上,提出Web2.0信息半衰期与网络资源自身属性、网络资源的权威性、受关注度、资源主题领域、更新速度、资源多媒体类型等因素有关。同时本文以美味书签网站为例进行实证研究,得出书签信息的半衰期是557天;五大类域名半衰期长短排序为.com〈.net〈.gov〈.org〈.edu;网页深度增加,半衰期减少;导航型网页比内容型网页半衰期长;半衰期与总收藏数符合幂函数分布。最后指出本项研究的局限性及需要进一步研究的问题。

Abstract：

Research on Web2.0 information half life measurement and its impact factors is one of the important aspects of Internet information ageing research.Based on the review of the research on Internet information ageing at home and abroad,this paper points out that Web2.0 information half life is related with the following factors： Internet resources＇ own attribute,Internet resources＇ authority,popularity,subject area and updating rate,and multimedia types ofresources.Then,taking the Website delicious,com for example,the paper makes an empirical study and comes to the following conclusions： the half life of bookmarks on delicious,com is 557 days;the half life of 5 top-level domains in length order is.com .net .gov .org .edu;the half life decreases with the increase of Webpage depth;the navigation Webpage has a longer half life than the content Webpage;and the half life and the total collection number are in line with the power function distribution.Finally,the paper points out the limitations of the research and the problems which need to be further studied.

Based on the concept of genetics, this article studies the phenomenon of information communication and the characteristics of information itself. It points out that the comparability between genetics and information science is the basis of putting forward the concept of information DNA. Through a discussion on the application of some laws of genetics in information science research, this article demomtrates the rationality of putting forward the concept of information DNA.     

高校信息素质教育的分析与实证研究

探讨高校信息素质教育的内涵,并通过分析得出影响高校信息素质教育的两大因素：学习动力和教学环境。以我国普通高校为实证研究对象,通过问卷调查和网上调查所得数据,分析我国高校信息素质教育建设现状,在此基础上提出高校信息素质教育面临的一些问题和解决的办法。

Abstract：

The connotation of university information literacy education is discussed.Through analysis,two major factors affecting the university information literacy education are educed：learning motivation and teaching environment.Taking the regular universities in China as the object of empirical study,this paper analyzes the current situation of university information literacy education in China based on the data obtained through questionnaire survey and online survey.On this basis,the paper points out some problems confronted by university information literacy education in China and provides some solutions.

With the development of information service industry, establishing the full text database information ser-vice system based on WWW has become a trend. This article introduces a kind of this system, elucidating the technolgies and methods that can be used in the design of this system in detail. Finally, an example is given.     

基于信息生命周期管理的个性化信息资源建设

信息生命周期管理作为一种信息分级存储策略,可以优化存储、降低成本。本文针对当前个性化信息服务中的信息资源建设问题进行剖析,提出了基于信息生命周期管理的个性化信息资源建设模型,以实现信息资源的分级存储和分级服务,解决用户需求变化时没有价值的信息仍占用存储介质的问题以及资源信息存储的无序性等问题。最后,对模型实现存在的问题进行了分析和总结。

Abstract：

Information lifecycle management,as a strategy for information hierarchical storage,can optimize storage and reduce cost. This paper analyzes the problem of information resources construction in the present personalized information service,and then proposes a model of personalized information resources construction based on information lifecycle management,which can fulfill the hierarchical storage and hierarchical service of information resources,and solve the problem of storage media taken up by the information with no value as the user demand changes,and the problem of out-of-sequence storage of information resources. Finally,the paper analyzes and summarizes the problems in constructing the model.     

学术信息合作查寻行为及其动机剖析

随着Web2.0技术的广泛普及和科学研究任务的复杂性提高,信息查寻领域的单用户范式越来越显示出局限性。基于此,本文阐述了科研工作者合作信息查寻行为研究的基本进展,从个案观察分析法、访谈法、调查统计分析法3个不同视角反映学术信息合作查寻的通用研究方法,并针对研究任务的复杂性、研究任务的创新性、科研工作者的知识结构和认识能力、信息查寻的社会性4个层面,提出了科研工作者合作信息查寻行为发生的动机,讨论了其对信息查寻环境优化、查寻系统构建与改进的影响。

Abstract：

With the wide popularization of Web2.0 technology and the growing complexity of the task for scientific research,the single user paradigm in information seeking field has more and more limitations.Based on this,this paper introduces the basic development of the research on collaborative information seeking behaviors of scientific research personnel.The paper reflects the general research method of academic information collaborative seeking from 3 different perspectives of case observation analysis,interviews,and investigation statistical analysis.The paper puts forward the motivation of scientific research personnel in collaborative information seeking from 4 aspects,that is,the complexity of research task,the innovation of research task,the knowledge structure and cognition capability of scientific research personnel,and the sociality of information seeking.Finally,the paper discusses the influences on the optimization of information seeking environment,and the construction and improvement of the information seeking system.

Abstract：

This paper first discusses the limitations and vacancies of the existing information service mode in China. Based on the American scholar Robert J. Sternberg＇s Creativity Investment Theory,the paper discusses the importance of perfect information service mode to innovation of Humanities and Social Science. On this basis,an information service-related model oriented to scientific research is proposed. Finally,the paper gives some ideas of how to construct the new information service mode.

通过对我国权威政策法规数据库进行检索,对检索结果从发布时间、发布效力级别等处着手,对我国国家信息资源政策法规建设现状进行分析,思考我国现行信息资源政策法规存在的问题,为今后信息资源政策法规制定提供参考。

Based on the retrieval of the authorized policy and law databases in China,this article analyzes the status quo of the formulation of policies and laws for information resources in China from the issuing time and the grades of issuing efficacity. The article thinks about the problems in the current policies and laws for information resources in China in an attempt to provide reference for the formulation of policies and laws for information resources in future.
