研究目的:为超大跨度斜拉桥抗风设计与抖振控制提供参考。研究方法:基于ANSYS建立了苏通大桥三维有限元模型,并在MATLAB平台模拟了苏通大桥三维脉动风场。考虑主梁断面气动自激力,进行了苏通大桥抖振时域分析。根据苏通大桥动力特性和抖振时域分析结果,重点分析了多重调谐质量阻尼器(MTMD)用于抖振控制的参数敏感性。考虑MTMD的控制效果、建造费用、施工难度及鲁棒性等因素建立了关于MTMD设计参数的目标函数,并基于一阶优化算法进行目标函数最优解的非线性搜索,据此获得了MTMD在约束条件下的最优设计参数。重要结论:1.苏通大桥侧向抖振位移主要由第一阶侧弯振型控制,竖向抖振位移主要由第一阶竖弯振型控制;2.MTMD的控制效果对设计参数的变化十分敏感,其中质量比和频带宽敏感性更强;3.MTMD的最优设计参数可以通过一阶优化算法获得,并可通过零阶优化算法对优化结果进行验证;4.采用优化后的MTMD设计参数,苏通大桥的抖振响应可以得到明显抑制,且侧向抖振控制效果更加明显。  相似文献

为研究拱型波纹屋盖在脉动风作用下的应力风振系数,考虑不同跨度、支座、不同矢跨比对应力风振系数的影响,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对18 m、30 m跨波纹拱进行水平及竖向脉动风作用下的风振响应分析,得到了结构在不同位置处节点的应力及应力风振系数.计算结果表明:波纹拱应力风振系数随着结构的跨度增大而增大,随着矢跨比的增加而增加,支座约束为固支波纹拱的风振系数小于铰支波纹拱.该结论为结构设计、施工及同类型大跨轻型屋盖的风致振动提供参考和借鉴.  相似文献

In this paper, the wind load on an arc-shaped canopy roof was studied with numerical wind tunnel method (NWTM). Three-dimensional models were set up for the canopy roof with opened or closed skylights. The air flow around the roof under wind action from three directions was analysed respectively. Wind pressure coefficients on the canopy roof were determined by NWTM. The results of NWTM agreed well with those of wind tunnel test for the roof with opened skylights, which verified the applicability and rationality of NWTM. The effect of the closure of skylights was then investigated with NWTM. It was concluded that the closure of the skylights may increase the wind suction on the top surface of the roof greatly and should be considered in the structure design of the canopy roof.  相似文献

引入相关函数以描述不同矢跨比的球壳上2点间的风压相关性.根据风洞试验的风压测量数据,研究了2点间距离不同、2点连线与风向间角度不同时相干函数的大小.结果表明球壳结构上毗邻的2点在低频段具有强相关性,而非相邻点的风压相关性不明显.风压相关性随2点距离的减小而增大.距离相同时,风压相关性在顺风向最强,在横风向最弱.根据风洞试验数据,提出了球壳结构风压相关性指数模型,并给出了确定该模型的详细过程.结果表明该指数相关函数模型能恰当地描述距离较近2点间的相关性,且能较好地反映风向角变化的影响.此外,根据准定常理论对风压、风速间的相关性进行了研究,结果表明准定常理论对球壳结构风压、风速间的相关性不适用.  相似文献

In order to study the unsteady aerodynamics effects in railway tunnels, the 3D Reynolds average Navier-Stokes equations of a viscous compressible fluid are solved, and the two-equation k-? model is used in the simulation of turbulence, while the dynamic grid technique is employed for moving bodies. We focus on obtaining the changing tendencies of the aerodynamic force of the train and the aerodynamic pressures on the tunnel wall and train surface, and discovering the relationship between the velocity of the train and the intensity of the micro pressure wave at the tunnel exit. It is shown that the amplitudes of the pressure changes in the tunnel and on the train surface are both approximately proportional to the square of the train speed, so are the microwave and the drag of the train.  相似文献

We used computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and mode superposition method instead of the energy balance method to compute transmission line aeolian vibrations induced by the Karman vortex. Firstly, we obtained the wind power inputs using CFD theory. The result is effective for aeolian vibration analyses compared with the power which were measured in wind tunnel tests. Then a new aeolian excitation was derived using the wind power equivalent principle, and the aeolian vibration distribution along transmission lines and the wind power input obtained by CFD can be account. Secondly, we formulated the motion equation of a conductor-damper system and derived a semi-analytial solution using the mode superposition method. The Stockbridge-type dampers attached were simplified to the forces transmitted by the clamps. Finally, the semi-analytical solution can be solved by iterative methods. Taking a 1 000 kV Ultra High Voltage transmission line as an example, we analyzed the line with and without dampers by the semi-analytical solution. Compared with the results which were computed by the energy balance method, the semi-analytical solution is precise enogh for aeolian vibration analyses. Straight Darrieus wind turbine has attractive characteristics such as the ability to accept wind from random direction and easy installation and maintenance. But its aerodynamic performance is very complicated,especially for the existence of dynamic stall. How to get better aerodynamic performance arouses lots of interests in the design procedure of a straight Darrieus wind turbine. In this paper,mainly the effects of number of blades and tip speed ratio are discussed. Based on the numerical investigation,an assumed asymmetric straight Darrieus wind turbine is proposed to improve the averaged power coefficient. As to the numerical method,the flow around the turbine is simulated by solving the 2D unsteady Navier-Stokes equation combined with continuous equation. The time marching method on a body-fitted coordinate system based on MAC (Marker-and-Cell) method is used. O-type grid is generated for the whole calculation domain. The characteristics of tangential and normal force are discussed related with dynamic stall of the blade. Averaged power coefficient per period of rotating is calculated to evaluate the eligibility of the turbine.  相似文献

In this work, the aerodynamic stability of the Yichang Suspension Bridge over Yangtze River during erection was determined by three-dimensional nonlinear flutter analysis, in which the nonlinearities of structural dynamic characteristics and aeroelastic forces caused by large deformation are fully considered. An interesting result obtained was that the bridge was more stable when the stiffening girders were erected in a non-symmetrical manner as opposed to the traditional symmetrical erection schedule. It was also found that the severe decrease in the aerodynamic stability was due to the nonlinear effects. Therefore, the nonlinear factors should be considered accurately in aerodynamic stability analysis of long-span suspension bridges during erection. 提出了用于某大气边界层风洞的新型换热装置,设计了一套水循环冷却系统。风洞内换热器是对第3拐角导流片进行特殊设计,该设计突破传统风洞换热器的设计模式,有效地降低了风洞气流的流动损失。在该设计中进行了换热系统的热力学计算、系统结构设计、流动阻力计算等。计算结果表明:对于该大气边界层风洞的技术参数,使用新型导流片换热器,可以使该风洞运转温度保持在25℃左右;该设计对于提高风洞实验数据的精度具有一定的实用价值。  相似文献

This paper studies the influence of radial depth on vibration, chip formation and surface roughness during face milling of AISI304 austenitic stainless steel with indexable cemented carbide milling cutters. The amplitude of vibration acceleration increased with the increasing radial depth up to 80 mm. And the domain vibration frequency varied with the radial depth. In this paper, three types of chips were found: C shape, long shape and spiral shape. The minimum surface roughness value occurred when the radial depth equalled 40 mm in the experiment. Irregular changes of chip curl radius and chip thickness could be attributed to different numbers of alternately engaged teeth when the feed and speed were fixed. Surface roughness is related to forced vibration and chip formation. Radial depth with different numbers of alternately engaged teeth could significantly influence the forced vibration, chip formation, and surface roughness.  相似文献

通过刚性模型风洞测压试验,研究了风向沿马鞍低点连线时菱形马鞍屋盖表面的风压特性.首先给出了屋盖表面的平均及脉动风压分布,通过脉动风压谱,从微观角度阐述了迎风前缘附近旋涡从生成、发展直到最后破裂的过程,进而解释了迎风前缘易损区域的平均及脉动风压分布机理.分析马鞍高点附近的风压谱形状,发现结构对于来流的干扰作用在风压脉动上体现为高频脉动.此后用测点风压时程的三、四阶矩对风压的非高斯特性进行描述并给出了划分高斯、非高斯区的标准,在此基础上对马鞍屋盖表面进行了分区.通过研究脉动风压谱,发现风压非高斯特性是由于来流的分离运动及结构对来流的干扰作用引起的,且前者引起的非高斯特性较后者更为显著.  相似文献

We investigated wind-induced vibration control of long-span power transmission towers based on a case study of the Jingdongnan-Nanyang-Jingmen 1 000 kV transmission line project in P. R. China. The height of the cup tower is 181 m with a ground elevation of 47 m, which makes it a super flexible and wind-sensitive structure. Therefore, we should analyze the wind- resistant capacity of the system. We simulated applicable transverse fluctuating wind velocity field, developed a lead-rubber damper (LRD) for controlling wind-induced vibration of long-span transmission towers, deduced LRD calculation model parameter, and researched the best layout scheme and installation method of LRD. To calculate the wind-induced response of tower-line coupling system in seven layout schemes, we used the time history analysis method, and obtained the efficiencies of wind-induced vibration control. LRD deformation research proved that the damp of all LRDs was efficient under the designed wind velocity when they were laid along the edge of tower heads. We studied the controlling efficiency resulting fTom only applying stiffness to the tower polos where the dampers used to be laid under the designed wind velocity. The results show that the controlling efficiency was not ideal when the stiffness is increased on the poles only. Therefore, LRD should conlxibute to both the stiffness and damp of a structure to effectively reduce the dynamic response of a tower-line coupling system under strong winds. We also discussed the controlling efficiency of LRD under static winds. The results show that there was little difference between displacements derived by the finite clement time history method and those obtained by static wind method conducted by a design institute. This means the simulation on space relevant wind velocity field was accurate and reasonable.  相似文献

针对高校新能源、电气和自控专业学生普遍缺乏针对风力机叶片振动控制的实践环节,提出了基于LabVIEW的风力机叶片振动特性与控制仿真实验设计方案,该方案利用LabVIEW搭建了风力机叶片的经典颤振模型,建立叶片振动特性与控制仿真实验系统。整个仿真实验系统,可在多种典型风速场景下进行叶片振动特性实验,同时,可自行设计控制参数,进行叶片PID振动控制和自适应振动控制的仿真。通过直观的虚拟仿真交互系统,有效克服了场地和设备带来的时间、空间上的局限,促进学生对于风力机叶片振动特性的了解,增强了叶片振动控制设计的实践能力。  相似文献

Particle image velocimetry (PIV) experimental results of wake flow structure of a NACA0012 airfoil with small attack angle mounted above water surface are introduced.The experiment was carried out in a small-scale wind-wave tunnel.The diameter of wind-wave tunnel test section is 1.7 m (long) × 0.4 m (width) × 0.4 m (height).The flow fields around the airfoil were measured under four diffierent conditions by varying the distance between the airfoil and the water surface.The attack angle of the airfoil was kept 10- during the experiment.For each experimental condition,the time series of particle images was captured to calculate continuous evolution of the velocity fields.The velocity fields were ensemble averaged to get the statistic parameters such as mean velocity and vorticity.Typical instantaneous velocity fields for each case are introduced to show the basic flow structure of wind surface flow separation.The aerodynamic loads acting on the airfoil are analyzed qualitatively according to the mean vorticity distribution in the flow field based on the theory of vorticity aerodynamics.The results indicate that the flow structures and drag/lift force of the airfoil alter remarkably with the changing distance between the airfoil and water surface.  相似文献

基于谐波叠加法的基本原理,结合快速傅立叶变换,利用MATLAB编写了拱型波纹屋盖多点互相关的脉动风速程序.程序运行结果表明,结构各点模拟脉动风速时程的功率谱密度函数与目标函数、风速时程的自相关函数与目标自相关函数较为一致;相邻两点之间距离越近,互相关性越强,反之,则越弱.该研究结果对进一步研究拱型波纹屋盖结构风致振动时域分析具有重要意义.  相似文献

Low frequency vibrations induced by underground railways have attracted increasing attention in recent years. To obtain the characteristics of low frequency vibrations and the low frequency performance of a floating slab track (FST), low frequency vibration tests on an FST in an underground laboratory at Beijing Jiaotong University were carried out. The FST and an unbalanced shaker SBZ30 for dynamic simulation were designed for use in low frequency vibration experiments. Vibration measurements were performed on the bogie of the unbalanced shaker, the rail, the slab, the tunnel invert, the tunnel wall, the tunnel apex, and on the ground surface at distances varying from 0 to 80 m from the track. Measurements were also made on several floors of an adjacent building. Detailed results of low frequency vibration tests were reported. The attenuation of low frequency vibrations with the distance from the track was presented, as well as the responses of different floors of the building. The experimental results could be regarded as a reference for developing methods to control low frequency vibrations and for adopting countermeasures.  相似文献
