田赛远度项目试跳、试掷次数变化对比赛的影响

根据田径规则中有关田赛远度项目试跳、试掷次数可以减少的规定,本文运用田赛远度项目试跳、试掷次数减少的三种假设模式,结合全国九运会田赛远度项目决赛阶段的比赛,对试跳、试掷次数减少带来的种种变化规律进行探讨.     

全国九运会短跑运动员起跑反应时的研究

通过对参加第9届全国运动会短跑运动员起跑反应时和部分比赛成绩的研究,发现200m以下项目运动员比200m、400m运动员起跑反应时差异显著,女100m栏、女子4×100m预决赛运动员起跑反应时差异显著,男100m前3名运动员预决赛成绩,男、女运动员起跑反应时均比上届全运会有了全面的进步.     

消除心理障碍 提高跳远技术中踏跳的准确性

田径规则中规定:“1.不论在未作起跳的助跑中或在跳跃动作中,运动员以身体任何部分触及起跳线以外地面者;2.从起跳板两端之外,不论是在起跳线延伸线的前面或后面起跳者.”都判为试跳失败.规则就是比赛的法规,所以必须踏跳准确才有成绩.而影响踏跳的准确性,除了身体素质和技术水平因素外,心理障碍则是重要因素.运动实践证明,运动员在赛场上技术动作是受心理状态制约的.有的运动员比赛时由于过度紧张,急躁情绪等不良的心理因素的影响而破坏了跳远技术的连贯性和协调性,造成试跳失败,甚至连续三次试跳失败而使比赛无成绩,或者三次都跟跳线后面起跳使比赛成绩受到很大影响.因此,运动员技术的发挥有赖于良好的心理状态的保证.在训练中和比赛前对于运动员进行良好的心理训练和心理压力的调整,学会自我心理控制是非常必要的.消除心理障碍,是当前跳远训练中的一个重要方面,是取得比赛成功的基本保证.     

对世锦赛男子400m运动员分段时间及成绩系数特征的研究

第6,7届世锦赛男子400m运动员各分段时间特征为：100-200m第1位;200—300m第2位;0—100m第3位;300-400m第4位．其分段成绩系数：0～100m为0．2476、100—200m为0．2301、200～300m为0．2449,300-400m为0．2760．本文以世锦赛男子400m比赛中各分段成绩系数为标准,制定广东省青少年男子甲组400m运动员比赛各分段时间,为广东省青少年男子400m运动员训练与比赛提供依据．     

世界田径锦标赛男子速度类项目发展趋势探究

为第14届世界田径锦标赛我国军团有针对性地进行训练及排兵布阵提供参考,以第1-13届世界田径锦标赛男子速度类项目前3名成绩为研究对象,对世界田径锦标赛男子速度类项目发展趋势进行了分析。研究指出:第1-13届世界田径锦标赛男子速度类项目总体发展状况为200m>100m>4×400米接力>110米栏>400m>4×100米接力>400m栏;从发展稳定性角度看,男子110m栏、400m两个项目增长速度相当,但110米栏成绩发展状况更稳定,发展趋势更好,400m栏成绩发展稳定性最差。男子4×100m接力发展优于4×400m接力;成绩波动振幅男子100 m均较其他项目大。全部项目中,4×100m成绩发展优于其他项目。三个平跑项目中,100m发展优于200m、400m。110m栏成绩发展优于400m栏,4×100m接力成绩发展更好,竞争也更激烈。因此,我们可以有针对性地进行训练及排兵布阵,更好地提高成绩。
