女性主义视角下的女童教育平等

从女性主义的视角出发,对当前女童在受教育机会、教育过程中的性别不平等进行了分析。目前,女童在义务教育入学机会上与男童没有显著差异,但在接受高中及其以上高层次教育的机会上,农村女童明显少于男童。在学校教育过程中,仍存在很多性别不平等现象。     

贫困地区女童受教育情况的调查研究——以山西省某农村小学为例

随着我国义务教育的发展,特别是国家加大对农村义务教育的资金投入后,我国农村义务教育获得了长足发展,但是还存在许多问题,尤其是贫困地区的女童教育仍是当前我国基础教育发展的重点和难点。本文采用统计分析、观察、访谈和个案法,对贫困山区的大冯村小学校长、部分教师、家长和学生等进行了调查。分析总结了贫困地区女童教育取得的成绩及存在的问题,为更好地解决贫困地区女童受教育问题提供借鉴。     

论西部贫困地区女童教育公平问题

教育公平首先要考虑的是平等原则，即所有人都获得受教育的权利，其中最重要的是让处于最不利地位的人——西部贫困地区的女童都享有受教育的权利。就目前来讲教育公平的首要任务是保证女童的入学机会，特别是西部贫困地区女童的人学机会。但是现实不容乐观，西部地区女童在适龄儿童人学率指标、辍学率指标等方面显示出了严重的不公平现象，造成这种现象的原因主要存在三个作用机制，即外部作用机制。内部作用机制和历史作用机制。这三个机制都以一种恶性循环的方式存在，因此要解决西部贫困地区女童教育公平问题就要从打破恶性循环的方向上入手。     

试议我国女童受教育权利及其法律保护问题

由于制度不完善、家庭条件有限等原因,目前我国的流动儿童在接受教育时还面临机会不平等、学习条件差、家庭教育薄弱等方面的问题。为此应完善我国的相关制度,为流动儿童提供更多的受教育机会;对流动儿童家长进行培训,以提高他们的家庭教育能力;发动社会力量参与流动儿童教育,以弥补家庭方面不足,提升流动儿童受教育质量。

从起点上保障所有儿童的受教育机会和权力的平等是教育公平的重要组成部分.儿童发展综合服务计划(ICDS)是印度政府为促进农村贫穷地区与城市贫民窟弱势儿童的均衡发展而推行的一项综合性计划.该计划在执行过程中存在考量标准不严格、不准确;实现模式简单机械;实施效果不明显等问题.为此,印度政府应转变ICDS的公平观;探索ICDS功能的多样化;改善ICDS组织方式;完善ICDS管理机制.借鉴ICDS的教训,我国在发展弱势群体学前教育时应建立家庭经济困难幼儿入园资助体系;构建农村学前教育管理体制机制;更新弱势群体儿童家长的教育观念;合理规划农村学前教育机构的布局.
