邓小平"非均衡协调"发展战略产生的背景

改革开放之初,总设计师邓小平同志就提出了"允许一部分地区、一部分人、一部分企业先富起来,先富带动后富"的非均衡发展思想,并在现代化建设的实践中逐步发展成为"两个大局"的"非均衡协调"发展战略,为中国特色社会主义发展战略理论写下了浓墨重彩的一笔.本文主要从四个方面分析这一战略思想的形成背景.
