硒,硒缺乏和运动

硒是人体必须的微量元素,近年来,硒的生化作用的研究已成为国内外研究的兴奋点.而硒缺乏与运动对人体的影响在运动医学界取得的成就也日益引起人们的关注,这也为运动界,营养学界提供了新参考.     

微量元素作为营养补充品对运动能力的影响(文献综述)

微量元素是指人体每日需要量在100mg以下的元素。目前已确定的有铁、碘、铜、锌、锰、硒氟、钼、钴、铬等10种。微量元素在体内通过多种方式发挥作用，其中主要通过形成结合蛋白、酶、激素和维生素而起作用。作为营养补充品的一种，微量元素在提高运动能力，抗疲劳方面有积极的意义。综合目前国内外各类文献，针对性地分述锌、铁、硒、铬、铜提高运动能力的作用机制及机体对微量元素的需求与补充。     

大蒜富硒研究进展

硒是人体必需的微量元素,具有抗氧化等多种重要的生物学功能．大蒜作为一种常见的蔬菜,具备较强的硒富集能力．通常可采用土壤施硒,叶面施硒和硒肥浸种三种方式提高大蒜的含硒量,而配合肥料施加的同时、恰当的施硒时机和操作方法也必不可少．并从加强其它蒜原富硒产品研究、提高富硒大蒜综合品质的方法及从种质角度出发如何提升大蒜富硒能力等方面提出了自己的看法．     

补充抗氧化剂对老年运动小鼠脂质过氧化的保护作用

为了研究抗氧化剂（维生素Ｅ、维生素Ｃ和硒）对老年运动小鼠抗氧化能力的影响,给老年运动小鼠初充抗氧化剂（每５ｍｌ钦用水中含ＶｉｔＥ０．２５ＩＵ,ｖＩＴＣ０．５ｍｇ,亚硒酸钠０．００５ｍｇ）,时间长达５个月,测定小鼠肝脏胞浆,线粒体抗氧化酶生,结果发现,补充抗氧化剂可显提高运动小鼠肝脏ＣｕＺｎＳＯＤ及胞浆ＧＳＨ－ｐｘ活性,而对肝脏ＭｎＳＯＤ、线粒体ＧＳＨ－ｐｘ及胞浆Ｃａｔ活性影响不明显,补充抗氧化剂     

维生素E和硒对运动大鼠心肌线粒体抗氧化能力的影响

给大鼠腹腔注射亚硒酸钠维生素Ｅ复合注射液０．４ｍｌ／Ｋｇ．Ｗ．Ｄ，４５天，测定疲劳性游泳前后心肌线粒体抗氧化能力的有关指标。发现，亚硒酸钠维生素Ｅ使大鼠游泳耐力提高了7５．８２％，并抑制大鼠疲劳性游泳后心肌线粒体脂质过氧化程度．提高超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ），谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ）的活性；在对膜结构的保护上，硒、维生素Ｅ的作用主要体现在能抑制疲劳性运动导致的线粒体膜流动性的降低，保护膜蛋白功能的正常。     

硒缺乏对机体健康、运动及形态机能的影响

人从动物的硒中毒和硒缺乏的表现,以及人因缺硒引起的疾病中,逐渐认识硒元素是动物和人所必需.硒是谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(即GSH-PX)的活性中心.硒在人体内以GSH-PX的活性反应显示其对过氧化物的抗氧化作用,从而保护细胞膜不受损害.硒不仅与机体的免疫、抗衰老、降低克山病的威胁有关,在对大鼠耐力训练能力方面却没有负面影响,但对运动系统和循环系统的形态功能以及血液细胞成分的变化均有影响.     

羊肚菌提取物对运动大鼠血乳酸含量及LDH活性影响的研究

研究目的：探讨补充羊肚菌提取物对大鼠血乳酸含量及LDH活性的影响,以此研究羊肚菌提取物对提高大鼠运动能力及抗疲劳能力机制。研究方法：将SD雄性大鼠随机分为安静组、训练组、加药组,大鼠进行为期6周训练后,测定血乳酸含量及LDH活性。研究结果：加药组大鼠血乳酸含量下降,LDH活性增强,具有显著性差异。结论：羊肚菌提取物具有加强运动大鼠血乳酸代谢、防止乳酸堆积、提高LDH活性、延缓运动性疲劳、提高运动能力的作用。     

运动对抗氧化酶活性影响的研究进展

剧烈运动时自由基的大量生成与清除能力下降是导致运动性疲劳和运动性损伤的主要原因之一。抗氧化酶在保护机体免受自由基损伤中发挥着重要的作用。运动训练能增加抗氧化酶的活性，提高机体清除自由基的能力。不同抗氧化酶对不同运动训练的反应不同。本文通过文献查阅的方法，对国内外学者近年来关于运动训练对抗氧化酶影响的研究进行综述，为该领域的研究提供一定的理论指导。     

女运动员月经周期运动能力波动图示法

对女运动员月经周期各阶段运动能力的评价,国内外许多运动生理和运动医学专家进行了大量的研究。一般认为,女子月经周期运动能力的波动存在着较大的个体差异。因此,随着世界女子运动水平的不断提高,教练员、运动员迫切希望有一种简单易行、可靠实用的方法,来掌握女运动员月经周期运动能力的变化规律,合一、图片格式(图1)     

不同负荷游泳训练及补硒对衰老大鼠心肌抗氧化能力及血清GOT的影响

老年wister 大鼠随机分为5组:正常对照组;补硒组(0.5mg/kg);有氧运动+补硒组;有氧运动组;大强度运动组,观察5周.结果表明:补硒组、补硒+有氧运动组、心肌脂质过氧化水平明显下降,同时GSH-Px活性明显升高,CuZn-SOD活性变化不明显.有氧运动组CuZn-SOD酶活性明显上升.GSH-PX活性变化不明显.大强度运动组脂质过氧化水平明显升高,CuZn-SOD酶及GSH-Px活性有下降趋势,血清GOT活性明显升高.补硒组、有氧运动组GOT变化不明显.表明有氧运动可提高心肌细胞抗氧化酶活性,从而有效防止自由基损伤,延缓器官衰老,补硒同时进行有氧运动效果更好.大强度运动由于自由基大量生成,破坏了抗氧化酶活性,产生自由基损伤导致心肌细胞破损.

Using Context Clue in Reading

The context of a word consists of the other words surrounding it and the situation in which it is used.When we come across a new word in our reading,instead of looking it up in a dictionary for its definition,we can guess its meaning from its context.
