谈教师教育专业大学生职前职业胜任力提升的途径

教师职业的胜任力是指能将优秀教师与普通教师区分开来的包括教师的知识、能力、自我认识、动机以及人格特点等在内的教师个体潜在的特征.提升教师教育专业大学生职前职业胜任力具有重要意义.提升教师教育专业大学生职前职业胜任力,应改革教师教育专业人才培养模式,应调整教师教育专业课程结构,应积极推进顶岗支教实习活动.     

聋校优秀教师的胜任力特征

为了解聋校优秀教师的胜任力特征,本研究采用行为事件访谈技术,对14名聋校教师进行访谈。通过对叙述的关键事件的分析编码以及对不同绩效教师胜任特征的比较,提取出聋校优秀教师鉴别性胜任特征。研究发现优秀组和普通组教师在11项胜任特征的平均分上存在显著差异,聋校教师鉴别性胜任特征包括以生为本导向、人际沟通能力、专业知识与技能、工作主动积极性、自我激励、责任心、自信心、组织管理能力、自我控制力、成就导向、挑战与创新等。根据研究结果提出的聋校教师鉴别性胜任特征,在聋校教师评优、晋级、奖励等过程中有一定应用价值。     

高校创业教育教师胜任力的多维结构模型及其改进策略——基于全国1231所高校的实证研究

教师胜任力是教师从事创业教育需要具备的差异化特征总和.基于文献分析,本文提出了高校教师在创业教育中应具备的特征和能力,设计了高校教师创业教育胜任力特征的调查问卷;经过探索性因素分析,运用结构方程构建了二阶四维高校创业教育教师胜任力模型;将专业与课程建设、知识技能、能力发展、创业资源变为内因潜在变量,外因潜在变量为高阶因素,构建“创业教育教师胜任力多维结构模型”,提出了促进高校创业教育教师胜任力的相关建议.     

关于教师培训师胜任力的调查研究

基于对294名教师培训者所认定的优秀同行(教师培训师)胜任力的调查分析,发现优秀教师培训师所具备的共同特质,按词频排序依次为"亲和力""知识渊博""专业""口头表达""敬业认真""幽默风趣""学习能力"和"科研能力"等。据此推断,优秀教师培训师具有多重角色和复合型专业能力特征。     

用BEI法构建小学教师胜任特征模型

目的:构建小学教师胜任特征模型,为小学教师的选聘、绩效考核和优秀教师资格标准的设定及培训工作,提供实证依据.方法:采用BEI关键行为事件访谈法,在文献综述、预访谈和正式访谈的基础上,构建在岗小学教师的胜任特征结构模型.结果:优秀教师和普通教师在应变能力、自我反馈、建立关系、因材施教、情绪管理、职业偏好、教研能力、成就导向、儿童导向、组织管理能力、自信11个项目上有显著差异.结论:小学教师胜任特征模型包括优秀教师和普通教师共有的合格性胜任特征,以及能够区分鉴别优秀教师和普通教师的鉴别性胜任特征.     

基于大数据的知识发现:不同教师群体实践性知识的发展特征

实践性知识是优秀教师专业成熟的重要标准之一.文章针对教师在线实践社区中8个地区596名中小学教师的实践性知识,采用内容分析法、差异性分析法、主成分分析法等进行基于大数据的知识发现,研究了不同教师群体教师实践性知识的发展特征及变化规律.研究发现,基于经验学习圈的靠谱COP研修活动能够显著促进教师实践性知识的增长,特别是对教龄10年以上的成熟教师的作用最大;新手教师的实践性知识发展呈现出知识建构特征,胜任教师的实践性知识发展呈现出知识改进特征,成熟教师的实践性知识发展呈现出知识再造特征.基于不同教师群体实践性知识的发展特征,提出了设计教师专业发展项目的建议.     

基于胜任特征的高职心理健康教育教师的培训

当前对高职心理健康教育教师的培训存在着重知识技能掌握,轻动机、价值观的转变,强调共性,缺乏个性化培训,培训缺乏系统性和连续性等问题,难以切实帮助教师较好地胜任教育教学工作.基于教师胜任力开展培训,以心理健康教育教师胜任特征为参照标准进行培训需求调查、制定个性化的培训方案、选择运用有利于提高胜任力的培训方式和方法、加强培训的组织实施、开展有效促进教育教学行为转化的培训效果的评估,可有效提高心理健康教育教师的胜任力水平,提高工作绩效.     

新课改背景下的优秀教师特征研究综述

优秀教师是＂专家型教师＂、＂胜任教师＂、＂受欢迎教师＂、＂理想教师＂的统称。新课改背景下的优秀教师特征研究在研究方法、研究内容、研究结果等方面呈现出各种不同特点。今后的研究还应该重视概念的一致性,方法的多样性,内容的广泛性,标准的实用性。     

科技场馆教师胜任特征模型的构建

明确科技场馆教师的素质标准,建立胜任特征模型,并促进其专业化发展,是推动科技场馆发挥教育职能的有效途径。本研究以此问题为核心,通过对国内13家综合性科技馆72名场馆教师的半结构化访谈,初步构建出我国科技场馆教师的胜任特征模型。该模型包含专业知识与技能、工作能力、发展意识、职业精神、履职动机5个维度,内含科学与展品知识、沟通表达能力、自主学习意识、责任心、职业认同等18项胜任特征,并对各项胜任特征在场馆教育工作情境中的要求特征和行为表现进行了描述。该研究结果可为我国科技场馆教师的招聘选拔、评价考核及专业培养等提供参考依据和实践标准。     

甘肃农村地区中学英语教师胜任力现状调查研究

在教育水平相对落后的甘肃农村地区,教师胜任力的提高问题值得关注。通过调查当前甘肃农村中学英语教师胜任力现状,建构教师胜任力的模型,以此为依据有针对性地探寻提升甘肃农村中学英语教师胜任力的途径,包括:增加教育经费投入以提高农村地区教师的工资待遇;实行农村教师特殊津贴制度,鼓励优秀教师到教学点任教;改善农村地区教师的培训制度等。

Inequalities for inscribed simplexes

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Another inequality is derived to present the relationship betweenthe circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex and the circumradius and inradius of its pedal simplex.

Virtual reality approach for 3D large model browsing on web site

Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator＇s Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language （VRML） is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size. This is done by keeping polygon counts to a minimum and by applying such techniques as object culling and level-ofdetail switching.
