一种低硅铁尾矿微晶玻璃的研制

以商洛市柞水大西沟低硅铁尾矿为主要原料,采用烧结法研制微晶玻璃。在分析低硅铁尾矿化学组成的基础上,设计微晶玻璃的主晶相及基础玻璃组成,并对制备工艺进行研究。对制得的微晶玻璃进行XRD,DSC表征分析,并对试样的抗压强度、真密度、硬度等理化性能做了测试。结果表明:以低硅铁尾矿、石英粉、生石灰、MgCO_3、硼砂为基础玻璃配方,在1400℃下熔制2h制得基础玻璃;经水淬、粉磨、压制成型,在1200℃晶化2h制得了抗压强度高达47.41MPa的微晶玻璃。XRD的测试结果表明,采用TiO_2+Zr_2O_3复合晶核剂,且质量比例为2:1时微晶玻璃晶化效果较佳,晶化后的物相为透辉石相(CaMgAl_3(SiO_3)_2),与初始主晶相设计相符。     

利用煤炭固体废物制备微晶玻璃

采用50%以上的煤矸石与粉煤灰废弃物为主要原料,并添加少量的CaO、A l2O3、SiO2、MgO、K2O、Na2O等矿物原料,以CaF2/TiO2为晶核剂,经过1 400~1 500℃熔制、水淬和晶化热处理等过程制备出CaO-A l2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃。首先对微晶玻璃的CaO、A l2O3、SiO2等成分进行优化设计,用TDA研究核化温度、核化时间、晶化温度、晶化时间及升温速率等热处理工艺参数的影响,采用SEM和XRD分析微晶玻璃的形貌与晶相结构,并检测其密度、吸水率、抗折强度、显微硬度、耐腐蚀性等物理力学性能。所制备的40%SiO2-15%A l2O3-30%CaO(质量百分数)微晶玻璃以黄长石为主晶相,晶粒度约4μm,具有优异的物理力学性能,在建筑材料领域有良好的应用前景。     

基于PLC控制的全自动免熔铅制粒机

针对国内铅酸电池生产污染大、能耗高的状况,提出了一种免熔铅加工铅粒的技术方法。免熔制铅粒机由PLC和人机界面实现整个生产过程的自动控制,主要特点是采用光电信号传感器采集各相关的参数,并经过PLC集中优化处理,从而实现进料到出料的自动化控制。介绍了控制系统设计所需的硬件和软件,硬件设计包括PLC的选型、触摸屏选型等;软件设计包括控制系统结构原理、电气控制原理以及PLC控制流程设计。该全自动免熔铅制粒机已经通过企业使用,操作简单,节能环保且性能稳定。

反应等离子熔覆高铬铁基金属陶瓷增强耐磨涂层组织与性能

利用反应等离子熔覆技术、以Fe-Cr-C-W-Ni合金粉末为原料,在Q235钢表面制得了Cr7C3高铬铁基金属陶瓷增强耐磨复合涂层。利用SEM、EDS和X射线衍射分析了涂层的显微组织,在室温干滑动磨损试验条件下测试了涂层的耐磨性。结果表明:反应等离子熔覆Cr7C3高铬铁基金属陶瓷增强耐磨复合涂层硬度高、组织均匀、与基材之间为完全冶金结合;涂层在室温干滑动磨损试验条件下表现出优异的耐磨性,涂层磨损的质量损失随载荷增加十分缓慢,涂层具有优异的载荷特性。

Inequalities for inscribed simplexes

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Another inequality is derived to present the relationship betweenthe circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex and the circumradius and inradius of its pedal simplex.
