就地生成碳酸钙改性丁苯胶的研究

本文对在１５０２丁苯胶乳中就地生成碳酸钙进行了研究。在改变表现活性剂品种及其用量、ＣａＸ用量、反应时间等条件下，考察了就地生成碳酸钙对丁苯胶的改性效果。Ｘ射线衍射分析表明：橡胶中生成了方解石型的碳酸钙，晶粒尺寸为１１－１３ｎｍ，透射电镜分析表明：在１５０２丁苯胶乳中就地生成了球形的超细碳酸钙，粒径约９０￣１５０ｎｍ，超细碳酸钙之间无附聚，超细碳酸钙与橡胶粒子及其团聚物之间无化学吸附，分散良好。     

非离子表面活性剂对陶瓷超细粉体的分散作用

本文利用CilasHR850粒度分析仪研究了非离子表面活性剂对超细粉体的分散作用.结果表明,商品超细粉团聚现象严重.湿法球磨亦无法破坏团聚结构.非离子表面活性剂可有效地破坏团聚体,使粉体颗粒在纯水中高度分散,是一种理想的超细粉分散剂.     

N，N‘—二（3—氨基二硫代甲酸酯基）丙酰基哌嗪的合成

无水哌嗪与3－溴丙酰氯反应生成N，N'－二（3－溴丙酰基）哌嗪，在无水磷酸钾催化下，该化合物与二硫化碳、胺反应生成标题化合物，所合成的目标化合物均为新的化合物，其结构经^1HNMR和有机元素分析所确证，所合成的新化合物经药效试验具有抗肿瘤活性，其在医疗上的应用研究正在进行中。     

Au与ZnO极性表面相互作用的第一原理计算

采用第一原理研究了Au在ZnO两个极性表面（0001）-Zn和（0001）-O的吸附,分析了单层Au吸附在ZnO极性表面上的态密度和吸附构型.计算结果表明：ZnO极性表面上单层Au吸附层能提高Zn原子在（0001）-Zn和（0001）-O面上的吸附能分别0.41 eV/原子和0.42 eV/原子;同时Au吸附层又比Zn吸附层更加活跃,总能计算可以看出Au处于顶端的构型比Au扩散构型更加稳定,使得Au恒处于顶端,很好的解释了Au在ZnO纳米结构生长过程中充当表面活性剂的角色.理论计算与实验中发现Au颗粒总是在生长出的纳米结构的末端这一现象吻合很好.     

Z—4—（对—溴苯硫基）—3—（对—硝基苯甲酰氧基）—3—丁—2—酮的立体选择性合成和Diels—Alder反应活性研究

合成了一个新的α，β取代3－丁烯－2－酮（CH3COC（p-NO2C6H4COO-(=CH-S-C6H4Br0-p(4)，用元素分析，核磁共振波谱和X－衍射对其结构进行了表征，并对其构型和Diels-Alder反应活性进行了探讨，结果表明只有Z构型的产物生成，Z－4－溴－3－（对－硝基苯 ）3－3丁－2－酮可与丁二烯型化合物发生Diels-Alder反应，而标题化合物在相似条件下不能发生Diels-Alder反应。     

乙烯基单体在炭黑表面上的接枝聚合

讨论了炭黑表面接枝聚合改性及表征手段及改性炭黑在介质中的分散性能。分别在铈离子体系、正丁基锂引发体系、过渡金属离子乙酰丙酮铜（Ⅱ）或焦磷酸络锰（Ⅲ）体系的作用下，炭黑与乙烯基单本发生接枝聚合。研究了引发剂浓度、单位浓度、反应时间对接枝聚合反应的转化率、接枝率的影响。利用ＦＴ－ＩＲ分析确证了炭黑表面的接枝反应，利用ＴＥＭ表征了接枝炭黑的形态。表面接枝后的炭黑在介质中的分散稳定性明显改善。     

单壁碳纳米管在阴离子表面活性剂溶液中的分散悬浮和团聚沉降性能研究

纳米颗粒在水中的悬浮和团聚性能是决定它们在环境中迁移行为及潜在健康和环境风险影响范围的关键。表面活性剂不仅在环境中普遍存在,而且是工业制备纳米颗粒稳定悬浮液的主要分散剂。本文以单壁纳米碳管为代表,研究震荡扰动及稀释等模拟环境条件下其在阴离子表面活性剂溶液中的分散悬浮和团聚沉降性能,为评价纳米颗粒排放进入环境后的潜在风险提供依据。创新要点：现有研究认为,纳米颗粒由于能在水中稳定悬浮,其排放到环境中会产生长距离迁移并存在造成大范围污染的可能性和生态健康风险。在本文中,震荡扰动及稀释等模拟环境条件的研究表明,单壁碳纳米管在环境中长距离迁移并造成大范围污染的可能性和风险较小。研究方法：通过比较震荡扰动（模拟环境条件）和超声辅助两种分散悬浮方式及有无添加十二烷基苯磺酸钠（SDBS）阴离子表面活性剂条件下的单壁碳纳米管在水中的悬浮性能（图1）,研究单壁碳纳米管能否在环境中被分散悬浮。通过研究 Na＋,K＋,Ca2＋和 Mg2＋等环境主要阳离子存在时 SDBS 稳定悬浮的单壁碳纳米管悬浮性能及与 SDBS 浓度等的相关性（图6和8）,探明稳定悬浮的单壁碳纳米管能否在环境稀释过程中和环境阳离子存在下保持稳定悬浮。重要结论：在超声辅助下,单壁碳纳米管可以在 SDBS阴离子表面活性剂溶液中稳定分散悬浮,但不能在水中稳定分散悬浮。在无超声辅助、仅通过机械震荡的情况下,单壁碳纳米管无法在水中和 SDBS溶液中稳定分散悬浮。对于已经在 SDBS溶液中稳定悬浮的单壁碳纳米管,它们在 Na＋,K＋,Ca2＋和 Mg2＋等环境主要阳离子存在时也会脱稳形成团聚沉降,且该团聚沉降行为取决于悬浮溶液中 SDBS的浓度。当 SDBS稳定悬浮的单壁碳纳米管在环境中被稀释?     

利用胶体全免疫电镜鉴定牛布鲁氏杆菌单克隆抗体的研究

本采用胶体全免疫电镜技术鉴定牛布鲁氏杆菌单克隆抗体（McAb)的特异性，以胶体金为探针标记McAb－－－四环素的偶联物。用牛布鲁氏杆菌的BALB／c小白鼠巨噬细胞在37℃下与标记物孵育后，胶体金标记物能识别细胞表面的抗原，特异性地与细胞表面抗原结合，在细胞表达抗原位点处吸附黑色胶体金的颗粒，聚集在细胞表面。当吸附孵育2小时后，胶体金探针进入细胞同与靶抗原相结合，在细胞浆内可以观察到分散胶体金颗粒存在。用扫描电镜可以观察到胶体金颗粒与细胞表面靶抗原相结合的立体图像。以此探明McAb－－－四环素偶联物能够杀伤牛布鲁氏杆菌的机理。     

激光脉冲在硅表面的热退吸效应

激光产生热退吸LITD（Laser induced thermal desorption）是表面物理研究和表面处理技术中的重要课题之一。本文利用Laplace变换和分离变量等方法,计算了具有吸附分子（如氧、一氧化氮）的硅表面,在高斯脉冲激光作用下所产生的热退吸,并讨论了这种热退吸效应与表面二次非线性光学效应之间的关系。     

磁流体对工业废水中Cr（Ⅵ）的吸附

采用共沉淀法制备了粒径为10nm的Fe3O4磁性微粒,分散于水中生成饱和磁化强度35mT的水基磁流体,用此磁流体对模拟与实际废水中Cr（Ⅵ）进行了吸附研究。结果表明,吸附的最佳实验条件为pH=3,温度为45℃,吸附时间为0．5h。用Langmuir等温模型和假二级动力学模型探讨了磁流体对Cr（Ⅵ）的吸附机理,该过程为单离子层吸附。在最佳实验条件下,磁流体对实际制革废水中Cr（Ⅵ）的饱和吸附量达66．5mg／g,废水中残N／Cr（Ⅵ）浓度为0．2mg／L,低于工业废水排放的国家标准（0．5mg／L）。

Different nations have different social cultures, and the social culture of every nation is developing with the development of the nation, language is greatly influenced by social culture, which enables language to possess national and historical characteristics. Word is the smallest, independent, meaningful linguistic unit of language. It can well reflect the national and historical characteristics. From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent. Therefore, social culture plays a key role in vocabulary learning and mastery of a language.

Where the Action Is: How Drama Contributes to the Art of the Teaching and Learning of English

This paper looks at the way drama works to bring a model of an arts curriculum into reality. He also shows how drama is valuable when discussed as a separate, autonomous subject in the school curriculum as opposed to one subsumed within English. He argues for a view of the arts and gives an example of a sequence of work in an English GCSE class based around Arthur Miller's play View from the Bridge. From this he draws out several strands about the relationship of the drama curriculum to the individual students and teachers, the school, and to culture. He also emphasises the primacy of performance in drama education.
