β-受体阻断剂对心脏康复跑台运动时机能、生理、临床和感觉反应的影响

目的：测试服用和未服用β-受体阻断剂的心梗后患者（PMIP）在跑台运动中其功能、生理、临床及自我感觉方面的反应。方法：46名服用β-受体阻断剂的男性PMIP和55名未服用β-受体阻断剂的男性PMIP进行递增负荷运动实验，其间记录每级负荷时的摄氧量（VO2）、心率（HR）、血压和自我用力感觉（RPE），并持续监测12导联心电图（ECG）。结果：服用β-受体阻断荆的患者其安静时和运动中的HR、最大心率百分比（％HRmax）及心率血压乘积（RPP）显著低于未服用β-受体阻断剂的患者（P〈0．01）。运动中，服用β-受体阻断剂的患者有59％能够完成改良布鲁斯跑台方案的第Ⅳ级运动，而在未服用β-受体阻断剂的患者中仅有49％能完成这一负荷。两组在运动中各级别VO2、RPE及ST段下移无显著性差异。结论：由β受体阻断剂所致的HR降低并没有直接地影响到氧利用和代谢机能。

动态竞争和不确定性环境下的企业战略管理研究——基于期权博弈的新视角

简要回顾了战略管理理论的发展,指出在动态竞争和不确定性环境下,内部资源和外部环境的战略管理研究范式表现出不适应性;通过对公司价值驱动力的研究,阐述了期权博弈方法的战略管理思想,并将该方法应用于评价战略投资决策;建立了基于期权博弈的战略管理框架并结合案例进行研究。研究结果表明,基于期权博弈的新视角为管理者提供了一个在动态竞争环境下进行战略管理的有效方法。     

企业核心能力的系统性识别

企业核心能力的正确识别是培育核心能力的前提,也是核心能力理论在我国工商管理实践中得以有效运用的前提。针对目前存在的对核心能力以及相关概念的模糊认识,本文对企业核心能力进行了系统性识别,包括核心能力的概念识别、关系识别、特性识别及其识别程序。

《论语》是儒家的经典著作,几乎所有篇章都使用了数量词。本文对《论语》中的数词和量词进行了详尽的统计和归类,并且在作了细致分析的基础上与前代的数量词加以对比,以发现并总结春秋末年到战国初期数量词发展演变的规律。     

Engaging distance and on-campus students in problem-based learning

The University of Southern Queensland in Australia offers multiple entry pathways to a suite of integrated programs delivered to on-campus and distance-education students. The programs cover 2–5 years in nine majors. A specially designed strand of four integrated courses using problem-based learning (PBL) was incorporated into programs and replaced some traditionally taught (lecture) content-based courses. The first offer of the new foundation course took place in 2002. It has since been recognised through a number of national and international awards. For the initial offer, delivering a PBL course to distance engineering students working in virtual teams had never been done before in the world. It is currently delivered to approximately 400 students annually. Student feedback indicates that the course successfully inculcates attributes such as teamwork, communication and the ability to solve technical problems. All these attributes have been identified as being desirable by professional and industry bodies around the world.

Accountability conversations: mathematics teachers’ learning through challenge and solidarity

Teacher learning through professional development is a complex process and is not yet well understood. Some features of professional development programs are known to be important, such as a focus on learner needs, design of and reflection on classroom artefacts, and the creation and sustaining of communities of support for teacher professional learning. In this paper, we describe the workings of such communities in a teacher professional development program, which focused on learner errors in a well-researched mathematical topic—the equal sign. Drawing on data from program sessions where teachers discussed their lesson designs and reflections on their teaching with each other, we develop the notions of challenge and solidarity as important in developing accountability conversations among teachers. We show how our program supported teachers to challenge each other and to build solidarity with each other and in so doing to develop accountability to each other and the profession, for their practices and their learning.     

具有弱奇异核的非线性积分微分方程的FEM估计(英文)
