清代滇东北矿业开发与环境变迁研究综述

滇东北矿业开发历史悠久,自汉代始就有了文献记载。其中,清代的矿业开发规模和产量最大,留下了丰富的历史资料,引起了学界关注。但学界的研究,对清代滇东北矿业开发与自然环境变迁的整体性、系统性研究很少。纵观20世纪50年代以来学界对清代滇东北矿业开发的研究,学术成果丰富,主要集中对矿业政策、生产、性质和交通运输的相关研究。本论文的研究,通过对清代澳东北地区矿业开发全貌的有机整合,侧重对矿业开发中自然环境变迁及其治理策略的研究,通过文化反思,重点揭示清代滇东北地区生态退变的原因,并从文化的角度探讨清代滇东北自然环境治理的方略。     

Irony and Language Expectancy Theory: Evaluations of Expectancy Violation Outcomes

Language expectancy theory (LET) provides the basis for a study of the relationship of ironic and literal messages in terms of persuasiveness and expectedness. The experimental design was a 2 (literal vs. ironic) × 2 (compliment vs. criticism) factor design. The expectation was that literal messages would be more expected and criticisms less preferred to compliments. The results indicated that the ironic messages tended to be negative, unexpected, and attributed to the situation as opposed to the sender. Compliments were associated with fewer behavioral intentions than were criticisms. The interaction also revealed that the ironic messages were a safe middle ground between literal criticisms and compliments in terms of fostering behavioral changes.     

Productive Players: Online Computer Games' Challenge to Conventional Media Forms

The online multi-user game is an exemplar of the emergent structures of interactive media. Social relationships and community networks are formed, and developer/player relationships are negotiated around ongoing development of the game features and player-created content. The line between production and consumption of the text has become blurred, and the lines between social and economic relationships must be redrawn. This article explores these relationships, using EverQuest as a case study. It suggests that the dynamic, mutable, and emergent qualities of the online multiplayer game exceed the limits of the reifying processes embodied by copyright law and content regulation regimes.     

The measurement of production efficiency in scientific journals through stochastic frontier analysis models: Application to quantitative economics journals

The importance of a scientific journal is usually established by considering the number of citations received by the papers that the journal publishes. In this way, the number of citations received by a scientific journal can be considered as a measure of the total production of the journal. In this paper, in order to obtain measures of the efficiency in the production process, the approach provided by stochastic frontier analysis (SFA) is considered, and econometric models are proposed. These models estimate a frontier production, which is the maximum achievable number of citations to the journal based on its resources. The efficiency can then be measured by considering the difference between the actual production and the estimated frontier. This approach is applied to the measurement of the productive efficiency of the journals of the JCR social sciences edition database, which belong simultaneously to the areas of “economics” and “social sciences, mathematical methods”.     

复杂地质条件下均衡生产与安全管理研究

均衡生产是衡量一个企业生产管理水平高低的一个标准。翟镇煤矿随着矿井采场不断延伸,对矿井的安全生产有很大影响,该矿不断调整管理思路,从管理制度和现场管理入手,实施了安全自主管理、机电事故向零进军等措施,现场管理实施完善了正规循环作业、写实管理、系统优化、技术创新等方面,改变了重生产轻安全、轻质量的现象,不断完善了均衡管理思路,形成了一整套系统的安全生产管理模式,为矿井各项目标的完成打下了坚实基础。     

一种基于实时数据流的生产线资源调度和分配方法

针对生产线资源的调度与分配难题,提出了基于实时数据流的生产线资源调度分配模型。该模型利用产品的实时生产进度信息和生产线设备的实时状态信息,结合生产线资源管理信息来进行统计分析,实现资源的合理调度分配。实际生产应用表明,基于该调度模型的生产系统能够合理地进行生产线资源的调度分配,运行稳定,安全可靠。     

从石油供需缺口论我国石油安全策略

我国石油生产形势比较严峻,今后产量只能保持稳中略有上升的势头。但随着国民经济持续、高速的发展,石油需求增长幅度较大,今后石油供需缺口占国内石油需求的比例将不断上升,预计2005年、2010年和2015年将分别为38.6%、46.0%和53.4%。为此,本文根据我国油气资源勘探现状、能源消费结构和经济发展等特点,对未来我国石油安全策略提出五条具体建议：立足国内,保障石油基本供应;大力发展天然气,以气代油,减轻国民经济发展对石油需求的压力;积极利用国际石油资源,弥补国内石油供应缺口,保证国民经济发展的需要;依靠科技进步,提高能源利用效率,实施可持续发展方针;建立国家石油战略储备,提高应对突发事件的能力。     

乙酸铜对黄鳝毒性效应的遗传学研究

以黄鳝为材料,研究了不同浓度的乙酸铜对黄鳝外周血白细胞数目、红细胞微核和核异常、以及肝脏过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果发现:在低剂量范围内,随着乙酸铜剂量的增加红细胞的微核率及核异常率逐渐增加、CAT活性升高,白细胞的数目则下降;至3.00 mg/kg剂量时红细胞的微核率、核异常率及CAT活性均达最大值,至1.00 mg/kg剂量时白细胞的数目达最低值;随着剂量的进一步增加红细胞的微核率、核异常率以及CAT活性反而下降,白细胞的数目则反而上升。结果说明一定剂量乙酸铜对黄鳝外周血细胞具有明显的遗传学毒性效应,且乙酸铜的作用具有双向性。
