中华民族传统体育--在休闲时代体现文化多样性

体育进入休闲,是社会和谐发展和小康生活质量提高的标志。在休闲时代开展体育活动,其重要特征是满足人们的个性需要,提供多样化的运动休闲元素。民族体育由于能够体现文化的多样性,将重返世界体育舞台,尽显本土的文化魅力。中华民族所创造的民族民间传统体育,承载着东方人特有的与自然和谐同步的休闲娱乐观,在休闲时代将获得新生的土壤,极大丰富和充实由西方体育独领风骚的当代体育,也将为中华民族文化的世纪复兴写下浓重一笔。     

我国民乐创作的多元格局与国际化趋势

在探求中国民乐发展道路的浪潮中,受“女子十二乐坊”成功的启示,国内其他一些民乐组合也纷纷寻求与国际接轨的发展道路.针对民乐的这一“国际化”现象,分析中国民乐创作风格和品种的多元格局的形成,探讨民乐“国际化”过程中应注意的几个问题,指出社会转型期中国民乐发展的正确道路.

对竞技武术运动的发展现状进行调查和研究，从竞技武术概念及竞技武术发展的历程开始，对竞技武术发展中存在问题、影响因素进行分析，并提出21世纪竞技武术运动发展对策，为竞技武术运动进入奥运，走向世界提供一些理论依据。     

Arts sponsorship and the state of the city

This paper explores the correlation between metropolitan social and economic conditions and corporate arts support in the United States. It is hypothesized that the transition from a manufacturing sector economy to an advanced service sector economy is an important local factor for the increase in corporate arts support.By panel analysis, in eleven metropolitan areas between 1977 and 1991 changes in corporate arts support have been correlated with changes in social and economic conditions, i.e., service sector and manufacturing sector employment, service sector and manufacturing sector income, population's educational attainment, and the degree of dominance by the leading local arts supporting industry.Corporate arts support is higher in metropolitan areas where the population is better educated (=+0.60), the local service sector generates more income (=+0.37) and the local manufacturing sector generates less income (=–0.22).Corporations from the manufacturing sector are mostly indifferent towards arts support. In contrast, corporations from the service sector are supportive of the local arts but they also respond swiftly to a loss in their earnings by discontinuing their arts support.     

Politico-economic interactions of German public performing arts institutions

Our paper analyzes the conduct of German public performing arts institutions in terms of non-market decision making or public choice. Apart from consumers of performing arts managers of performing arts institutions and public donors are main agents. A manager of a performing arts institution will not assume that the number of visitors is independent of his institution's programme or the ticket prices. By the same reasoning he will regard the amount of public subsidies not as exogenous, but dependent on his own policy. If future grants depend on present and past success (however defined), this will feed back into managerial decisions, along with expectations about demand. Data for the Federal Republic of Germany serve to empirically support the theoretical argument.

基于我国中文科技期刊稿件外流、整体学术水平亟待提升的现实背景,以《上海体育学院学报》的《民族传统体育学》栏目为例,探讨通过民族特色栏目提升中文科技期刊国际影响力的策略。认为:《民族传统体育学》栏目发挥学科、人才优势,依托专家、专题支撑,推进新媒体、多语种出版的办栏策略,为中文科技期刊依托中国特有的民族文化品牌,通过特色栏目“窗口”提升期刊国际影响力提供了有效路径。     

Accounting for quality: arts evaluation,public value and the case of “Culture counts”

Arts policy has a longstanding relationship with the concept of “quality” and the ways in which organisations measure, evaluate and account for it. Culture Counts, an evaluation system and digital platform, compiles data from standardised evaluation surveys of different stakeholder groups – organisations, audiences, critics, funders and peers – and provides the means to compare and triangulate data in an accessible format. As a result, it claims to provide a more effective, democratic tool for quality measurement of art, which demonstrates the public value of funding [Department of Culture and the Arts, & Knell, J. (2014). Public value measurement framework: Measuring the quality of the arts. Perth: Department of Culture and the Arts.]. Through qualitative research with two consortia of organisations involved in Culture Counts pilot projects in Manchester, England and Victoria, Australia, we explore these claims, comparing the reception and promotion of the system in both countries and considering its potential incorporation into policy assessment frameworks and adoption within arts organisations’ existing evaluation capacities.     

湘西瑶族村落民俗体育“舞虫灯”的口述史研究

运用口述历史法、田野调查法、文献资料法等方法，对湘西瑶族村落民俗体育“舞虫灯”进行研究，研究发现：“舞虫灯”是湘西瑶族村落进行祭祀的一种古老民俗体育活动，其祭祀仪式由开场——打鼓敲锣、垫场——插秧舞、高潮——舞虫灯、结尾——打猎舞组成。舞虫灯的起源传说的口述记忆是现阶段了解其历史发展的重要途径。舞虫灯现代传承与发展的途径选择应该是多元化、科学化的一个缓慢自我完善过程。     

重视学生特性,实现思想政治课教育功能最大化

促进人的个性发展是教育长期追求的重要目标。思想政治课在学校的课程体系中居于首要位置,在提高学生的文化素养、道德修养及促进学生的个性发展等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。而艺术院校的学生在个性及其专业特性上具有明显的特点,因而,在思想政治课教育中,重视和利用教育对象的特殊性并将其与教育活动紧密联系,使教育活动自觉反映并符合学生身心发展的需求、学生的个性发展与教育活动趋向良性互动的状态,实现艺术院校思想政治课教育功能最大化的目标。
